Utah continues to a poly pipeline/mormon school.

S Jackson Bennee is doing 2-way this season, and he has his 3rd INT now right before October

Kyle Whittingham is stepping down. Whittingham was a great coach for a long time for the Utes. Looks like Morgan Scalley, their DC and safeties coach, will be the replacement. Scalley was a DB at Utah and has overseen plenty of White faces on defenses for the Utes. I think this is a pretty good hire.

My criticism of Whittingham narrows down to one thing and I am sure everyone can guess what that is. He's been a good coach and allowed White athletes a chance but the team write-ups over the years point to the same downward trend seen across all of college football.

Scalley is a victim of the caste system as a player so optimism about him being White friendly would be logical but I'll believe it when I see it. The days of blind optimism over a head coaching hire even a White one that experienced the caste system first hand is minimal.
