McCarthy is the real deal. He just threw one of the best TD passes of the whole week. Didn't even step into it. Threw it off his back foot.

Adam Thielen needed that after an easy drop earlier in the game. Hope he gets more involved in the offense as the season progresses.
 
NFL dweebs thought JJ was a bust by the first half of his first game ever after missing an entire year, already calling for his head. In reality he was just warming up, shaking off the rust, just took him 3 quarters, he’s a gamer.

He’s 100% a gamer. He wins everywhere he goes.
 
Listening to JJ in the post-game interview and it's genuinely uncanny how relaxed he is. There's not an ounce of nervousness or jitters. You wouldn't even know that he was just playing in an NFL game. There's something different about this guy. You can just sense it.
 
McCarthy beats the "generational" Williams. Bears should be absolutely embarrassed by that come back. Great way to cap off Week one with the Vikings defeating the black bears.
 
All things considered it was a pretty good week. The Chiefs lost a close game, a rare and sweet treat, like the Democrats losing a close election. The Ravens, another longstanding thorn in our side, went down in the 4th quarter to an epic Josh Allen comeback. The reliably odious Bears choked against the Vikings. Rodgers and the whitest-friendly Steelers team in decades win a close one, as did Burrow. Daniel Jones dominated the coal-black Dolphins and silenced the Giants DWFs who scapegoated him for all that was wrong with their team. The league is as dark as ever but our guys who got the chance to play did pretty well.
 
While I prefer QBs to sit behind established starters, especially if the overall team is weak, JJ McCarthy had about as fantastic a debut as anyone in recent memory.

He is the IT factor in him. Far better than the effeminate “generational talent” that is Caleb Williams.

Here’s hoping Adam Thielen is integrated into the offense quickly and he can put up some big numbers. It might be a long shot with z Jefferson hogging the ball, but if he could cap his career off with another 1000 yard season it would be memorable.

Well said! Encapsulates my feelings on week 1 too.

Also, as @Bucky highlighted through Jason Whitlock, the much hyped 17 black starting QBs hyped by black nationalist types on ESPN and other places flopped bad. 5-12 record (if I'm not mistaken) and 3 of the 5 wins were in black vs black matchups. In White vs black matchups, White QBs won every game except for 2.
 
Crazy ESPN AND FOX went so Wakanda even guys like Whitlock are aligned more with our views than rest of woke Weimerica.

Here's a nugget that caught my eye. RB Ashton Jeanty for Las Vegas nee Oakland, toted the rock 19 times for 38 yards for a 2.0 yard average. He did rip off a 9 yarder at one point.

A 6th overall draft pick.
