Mac got up and jogged to the sideline. What a beast.
Honestly, and I know the sample size is small, but he looks every bit as good as Purdy. This is the best kind of backup a team could want.Mac got up and jogged to the sideline. What a beast.
This will be a controversial statement, but he looks better than Purdy. His throws have more zip on them and his ball placement is better. Purdy looked rough in the Jags game. Not hating on him at all btw.Honestly, and I know the sample size is small, but he looks very bit as good as Purdy. This is the best kind of backup a team could want.

Yes! A lot of people don't know this, but Mac Jones was their guy until Shanahan and Lynch caved to the pressure to draft Lance. They are both starting caliber QBs for sure. I like Purdy alot, he is fun to watch - more of a creator with his feet but this system fits Mac Jones perfectly. I think we can all recall in 2021 when he was viewed as a potential target for the 49ers before their all time whiff of Lance.
Shaun Dolac forced the fumble on the kickoff that wasn't allowed because forward progress had stopped.
Ha, I was just thinking that. Just as White TEs can be signed "off the street" and do well, the same is true of White LBs and White defensive players in general.49ers could sure use a Landman and a Fiske on their team.
