2025 NFL Draft

I've never seen the talking heads obsess as much over arm length as in this draft. It also seems like there's a record number of sumos being picked.

Just a Cohencidence, I'm sure. All those talking heads surely came to the arm length conclusion on their own, with absolutely no direction from the ivory towers.

Tommy Mellott to the Raiders. One of the best athletes in the draft. Doubt he is a QB in the NFL. Hard to believe the Raiders would take him over Ewers.

Ewers is a much bigger story than Sanders BTW. No one is talking about it though for the obvious reasons.

Mellott was drafted as a WR. Restrepo is on Kiper's best remaining list. Chance of four White WRs being drafted if Restrepo is taken.

Broncos take a punter. No offense to punters and kickers, but taking them when there are so many good White position players still left on the board is almost as obnoxious as drafting no-name black scrubs.

Carson Bruener to the Steelers! His dad was a TE for the Steelers, they both played at UW, the dad is a scout for the Steelers now. He’s an animal

Just heard that more DTs, a position that many teams only start one of and keep few backups, have been taken than any other position in this draft. And all but 2 or 3 of them are magical. Quite an indictment of the black talent pool at that position that so many are needed but it'll never be mentioned that way by the corporate media.

All the DTs, OTs, CBs and safeties taken every year guarantees that each draft will be mostly black. The rest is just icing on the annual chocolate cake.

49ers select Kurtis Rourke. They have other issues to address. Glad Rourke was selected but Lynch is an awful GM.

Mark Bruener was a great tight end at both receiving and blocking. Could easily have been an annual thousand yard receiver but he played back when the Steelers used TEs primarily as additional blockers for the running game.

Miami has Quinn Ewers available in the 7th round. They have an oft-injured starting QB and Zach Wilson on a one year deal. And they grab him. Ewers got royally screwed over but this situation is about as ideal as it gets considering its the 7th round.

At least the White QBs who were overlooked and undervalued seem to have landed in good spots. Some may well become starters, just not right away. Wilson and Ewers on Miami isn't bad at all.

Yea glad they all at least got drafted and will be in the league. The QB ranks have not only gotten darker in terms of starters but also with the 2nd/3rd string guys so the silver lining here is that more White QBs will be on rosters and hopefully push off black QBs.

McCord to the Eagles isn't my favorite just because they have Tanner McKee who should be starting very soon. Perhaps the Eagles will flip McKee during preseason. They also have Dorian Thompson Robinson - McCord is better than him already.

Seattle drafts OT Mason Richman. This has been their Whitest draft I can ever recall. Outside of their dumb QB selection this is a good draft for Seattle.
