While teams will absolutely sacrifice wins to appease the blacks and have a black quarterback… it seems Sanders’ interviews with teams were so horrible that his slide continues. Everyone knows he (and his dad) will be a massive headache and deliver poor results on the field.

That's a very good point. The coach of whatever team Sanders ends up on is going to get an enormous amount of grief and harassment from daddy, doubly so if the coach is not a Rooney Ruler.
