Since 2006 Miami started 4, 4, 2, 4, 2, 4, 5, 3, 4, 4, 3, 3, 4, 2, 2, 2, 4,3 and 2 whites. In 2025, they are projected to start 4.
Miami has been consistent to say the least for the past 19 years.
UGA QB Carson Beck transfers in but is of course not celebrated like last year's magical transfer QB. I certainly hope Beck plays well but the media response between this year and last should be followed. Beck did not have the season most expected in 2024 but some of that can be directly attributed to losing Ladd McConkey and Brock Bowers to the NFL along with the UGA WR corps leading the nation in drops with 36. Beck having a bounce back season should certainly benefit his draft stock.
QB Emory Williams might be the starting QB in 2026 as he has seen playing time in each of the last 2 seasons. 4 Star freshman QB Luke Nickel is also on the QB depth chart.
A quick glance over the Miami roster shows a decent number of White athletes most of whom will never get a chance to play.
Some players of note are 4 star freshman TE Brock Schott, four star freshman OL Max Buchanan DE Cole McConathy II, TE Jack Nickel, LB Jack McManus, DB Nick Kelly,
Offense
QB Carson Beck
TE Alex Bauman * position battle
OG Ryan Rodriguez
C James Brockermeyer
