Kentucky has started 11, 8, 3, 4, 3, 8, 8. 4, 5, 6, 5, 3, 4, 6, 4, 3, 4 and 4 whites since 2005. Please note that there are a few years missing but nothing has really deviated since their high water mark of 11 back in 2005. In 2025 the Wildcats are projected to start 6.
QB Brock Vandagriff was a disappointment last year after transferring over from UGA. He has since retired from football. QB Zach Calzada returns to the SEC after playing at FCS Incarnate Word for 2 seasons. He also played at Texas A&M and Auburn. The effects from the COVID nonsense continue. Could be a Tyler Shough like prospect if he plays well for Kentucky. The Wildcats also have RS Freshman Cutter Boley on the roster, he gained some playing time last season and could end up seeing time this year or down the road. Additionally they have freshman QB Brennen Ward on the roster.
WR Troy Stellato will hopefully get a chance to be a full time starter this season.
Not much depth at all outside of a few OL backups. Stoops refuses to recruit White kids for defense.
