2025-'26 NBA Season

Dalton Knecht has asked to be traded.

I do feel bad for the kid. The Lakers are only using him as a 3 point specialist and he has struggled with his shot this year. This is mostly
due to a lack of playing time. The guy could be a starter on about half of the teams or more. If only people didn't discriminate against
him because of his white skin. An explosive small forward/shooting guard who can beat you inside or outside. He dominated in college but
he needs consistant minutes.

I think he should get out of LA.
Between Luka, Lebron, and Austin Reeves, there's really no room for him to showcase his talents.

Bulls giving minutes to 5’7” Jap over McClung. Because McClung is too small.

Now McClung is in the game, called for fouls every time.

McClung just scored a bucket. He has 2 points, 1 assist and 1 block in 7 minutes. He needs to be out there to get into the flow. He seems
a little nervous and who can blame him? Any mistake he makes and they want to cut him.

The Celtics vs Heat Game is on right now. Boston got off to a horrible start but I wanted to point something out. They have a rotation
of 9 guys between the starters and the bench guys. 6 of the 9 are lunch pail ballers. Shocking but great to see!

Saw that a few nights ago WL. They had Pritchard, Hauser , Scheierman, and Garza playing at the same time. Reminded me of the 70's-early 80's Celtics. However, Pritchard had been starting most of the season and playing well, but now he's coming off the bench. Don't understand that move.

Rocket's guard Reed Sheppard got his second straight start last night and played pretty well despite 4 TO's scoring16 points/ 6 rebounds and 4 assists. He made a late game steal to help secure the win. However, it was noted by the commentators that Houston coach Ime Udoka warned Sheppard he needed to start playing better defensively or he would see his PT reduced. Frankly, I've been watching much more NBA than I have since the 80's and I didn't realize defense was such a premium. By watching the latest NBA, I don't see a whole lot of defense on a consistent basis.,,,,last night stats

Great updates Carolina Speed. The NBA is alot more white friendly with the Lakers & Celtics being very fun to watch. There are so many other teams as well with multiple starters and guys off the bench. Defense only matters when your white. It's all about the stupid fake stereotypes and anti white bias. I see the magical players being lazy all the time yet not being sent to the bench. If our guys screw up you know what always happens. So unfair just as in other sports.

Thanks for the stats CS. Can you let me know who Spencer is? For the life of me I can’t figure it out.

Well, there's two. They're brothers. Pat who I listed today plays for the GS Warriors. His brother Cam plays for the Memphis Grizzlies. Didn't see Pat much in college, but Cam was the starting guard on 2024 National Championship UCONN team. Glad he made the Association. Wasn't sure if they would've allowed it?

Cleveland SG Sam Merrill with a career high 32 points tonight. One of the elite sharpshooters in the league, Sam was an unreal 11 for 12 shooting. Moreover he was 9 for 10 for 3-point shots. Just an incredible shooting performance!

The Houston Rockets got a big win against the Kings tonight. Reed Sheppard got a rare start. Let's hope they keep him there!
Great to see Sheppard finally start along side Sengun. Both of these guys have All Star Talent!

Alperen Sengun 26 points, 13 rebounds, 11 assists, 2 steal and 3 blocked shots. A Triple Double plus stellar defense!
Reed Sheppard 28 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 blocked shot!

Lakers fielding a majority white team tonight. 7/13 players. When was the last time the NBA has seen this??
The Bulls were consistently doing this last year and early this year. Now they blew up their roster. The Utah Jazz started 4 Whites, with a majority White rotation at times this year too. The Celtics this year have also gone towards half White rotations and probably close on the overall roster. Heat also with the total roster, but that is from memory when I previewed the teams (page 5 I think).

But before recently, there were those TWolves teams with a young Kevin Love. Other times in the past 30 years I’d be hard pressed to say.

The difference with this Lakers team is that it has two legitimate white "stars," which is to say, two players you might consider paying to see play (or at least watching commercials during timeouts in between their play for a bit). Regardless of the papership citizenship of Matas Buzelis and Nikola Vucevic, they didn't rival the subjective interest of Luka and Austin Reaves in terms of winning and putting up stat lines.

The current Lakers rotation, which probably could stay this way through the rest of the season, features throw-away center Jake LaRavia heavily. Redick's offense uses Luke Kennard as a pretty high-impact spot-up shooter. Maxi Kleber, at 6'10, does something right instead of shooting threes to give the starters a breather. Dalton Knecht appears often enough, and there was a "rumor" that he asked to be traded so that he could become another teams' Austin Reaves. Knecht is stuck, but he plays a bit role in most competitive games.

(I just noticed that Drew Timme is floating around on the team's deep bench)

The pure cynic in me thinks LeBron wants some white guys around him during his swan song to dispel any notion that he picked his rosters during the first 20 years of his charmed career. The measured skeptic in me thinks that the new Lakers ownership wants to re-establish his brand nationwide and worldwide, so the roster reflects players people actually like, instead of throwaway black goon freaks of nature who aren't really cut out to be professionals (other than being clandestinely gay).
