2023 was the first year for Jacksonville State in the FBS and they started 6 White athletes. They increase to 7 in 2024.

Rich Rodriquez has played a tremendous role, probably only 2nd to Urban Meyer in destroying and dumbing down the QB position over the past 20 years. He has a Zion and Te'Sean on the QB depth chart this year LOL.

With that said hopefully Bitchrod lets Logan Smothers be the primary QB all season. He split duty with a quota last year. Smothers is a dynamic athlete and good QB. The other name of interest in former Clemson WR Brannon Spector. Let's hope these two develop a rapport and both have strong seasons.

This team has one White athlete looking to get the caste treatment - RS Freshman LB Aidan Thompson. Here is his bio:

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped for head coach Ed Dudley at Winder-Barrow High School in Winder, Ga…was a standout running back and linebacker for the Bulldoggs…was a Preseason All-State pick by multiple outlets ahead of his senior campaign…racked up almost 200 tackles for the Bulldoggs, including over 30 tackles for a loss…had 65 stops and 15 tackles for a loss as a senior…was named the GHSA Region 8-6A Two-Way Player of the Year as a junior in 2021 after running for over 540 yards on offense while adding 46 tackles, nine for a loss, one sack and one interception on defense…had several offers, including Liberty, Eastern Michigan, Navy, Army, Air Force, Arkansas State, Buffalo, Georgia State, Kent State and Miami (Ohio).

Players to look out for are QB Carter Lambert, QB Caden Creel, WR Brock Rechsteiner, WR Nate Zills, DB Walker O'Steen,

Offense
QB Logan Smothers
WR Brannon Spector
TE Sean Brown
LT Will O'Steen

Interesting tidbit is that Brock Rechsteiner is the son of pro wrestling legend Scott “Big Poppa Pump” Steiner. The Freakzilla has some good genes so glad to see his some getting them too.

Yes indeed! Also has on older cousin Bronson Rechsteiner ( 6'-0 230) who played RB at Kennesaw State
And got a Try out for the NFL Ravens back in 2020

Tooo many College Defenses across the Nation lacking diversity. No wonder why NFL Defenses are like they are!

Thanks for the write up Leonardfan!

These teams being so specifically one race for particular positions just shows how rare imagination and intelligence really are. These folks seem to have congenital horse blinders.

Not to nitpick, but Bronson is Brock’s 1st cousin. He’s the son of Rick Steiner (Rechsteiner), who’s also a wrestling great. In their heyday, they were a very successful tag team, The Steiner Brothers.

As an aside Bronson, after apparently getting no real interest in football, followed in his father and uncle’s footsteps and went the wrasslin’ route. He goes by Bron Breakker and is one of the biggest up and coming stars in the WWE.
