Since 2005, the Tar Heels have had 9, 8, 5, 7, 4, 5, 4, 3, 6, 8, 10, 6, 4, 5, 5 and 4 white players, with no write-up done in 2013. They are projected to start 5 in 2023.

Drake Maye was one of the best QBs in the country last year. He's obviously the biggest draw for the Tar Heels and a potential Heisman candidate. Should be either the first or second QB selected in 2024.

There is some potential in the future - class of 2024 has a decent number of White recruits including 2 TE, 3 LBs, 1 QB, 2 OTs and 1 DL. This on top of 3 bigger name recruits in 2023 including QB Tad Hudson and LB Caleb Lavallee.

Nice write up Leonardfan. Also, the future looks somewhat white for UNC as 10 of their 2024 recruits are white including 3 white LB's, 2 white TE's, a white QB and a white DL. Not great, but 40% is better than most. I think the average percentage of white recruits is around 19-20%.
