FAU has started 6, 6, 9, 6, 7, 5, 6, and 4 Whites from 2005-2012. No write up was done in 2013-2014. Since 2015, they've started 6, 7, 6, 3, 3, 6, 3 and 3 whites. In 2023 they are projected to start 4.
Gone is Willie Taggart (so is his quota son), in comes caste retread Tom Herman. Herman looks to Casey Thompson to be his starting quota. He was at Texas under Herman so my guess is that playe a role. Thompson's track record speaks for itself though - gifted the job at Nebraska only to lead them to a 4-8 record. Behind him it looks like another quota transfer in Daniel Richardson from CMU. Won't be much to look forward to here unless Ben Ballard (another former Texas QB) gets to play. He had a very strong spring practice.
