Since 2005, Cincinnati has started 12, 12, 10, 8, 10, 8, 10, 10, 10, 8, 5 5, 7, 8, 2, 6, 7 and 8 whites. In 2023 they drop down to 4.
black quarterback Emory Jones continues his run on the affirmative action starting circuit - gifted jobs at Florida and Arizona St previouly, he ends up the starter for the Bearcats. Shocker! Some whacky names on this roster include Dontay Corleone (Can I be offended as an Italian? Isn't this cultural appropriation?) and Daniel Grzesiak (more so because it is a black male with a very ethnic eastern European last name).
It is interesting to note the Bearcats actually have 4 White QBs from Ohio/Michigan. I am sure any of them could have played at one of the MAC schools. I guess the MAC was too busy recruiting every black qb in Georgia.
Players to watch out for include QB Brady Licthenberg, QB Brady Drogosh (highly touted recruit), DE Rob Mullaney, LB James Camden
