Aswell as Brendan Schooler Safety/reciever the Patriots are reportedly signing two interior offensive linemen Liam Shanahan from LSU and Kody Russey from Houston aswell as East Michigan punter Jake Julien.

For the last 18 years an undrafted has made the roster so a good spot for our guys

Did the Colts change their GM or something? Between the draft and the UDFA signings, it seems like a 180 from the past decade of player personal decisions.

Same GM for the Colts. No clue what led to this 180. They have also signed Villanova LB Forrest Rhyne, Tulsa DE Cullen Wick and Colorado St DE Scott Patchan

Good for Nolan Turner to the Bucs. I guess the only knock on him was his age, 25?

Turner is 24. Bears drafted a WR that will turn 25 in May in the third round. This year has alot of older prospects due to the extra year in college. Only reason Turner was not drafted was the fact that he is White. He was a very good DB in college, made big plays in big games, won a national championship.

They signed that midget D'Eriq King to try and make him into the next Edelman. The Foolish "Genius" outsmarts himself again.

King is why you can't take height and weight measurements from the press release seriously. He's a listed 5'11" and he was measured at 5'8"and 3/4's, that's a whopping 2" and change height difference. It's a completely different athlete at qb or even slot receiver.

He must have the same agent as Murray...

Dolphins actually made some solid UDFA signings on the offensive line too:

Thanks for that info. Strange. Either that Caste cuck had a come-to-Jesus epiphany or they are going to cruelly purge 90% of these guys come cut day. I guess time will tell.

Yea I can't explain it LOL.

I do think it was a solid decision for Borghi to go to the Colts. Behind Taylor the backfield is questionable. Borghi offers the ability to be a change of pace back and huge receiving threat out of the backfield. One of those rare logical good fits.

He's a brilliant coach, his in game adjustments and tactical preparation is great. He has given alot of whites playing time and big roles but he is terrible at drafting and analysing talent the amount of awful picks we make are dreadful.

Even for the Caste NFL, how does someone like this not get drafted? Maybe the word "throwback" is a major clue:

Chiefs signed Iowa State LB Mike Rose.
Rose (6’4/245) burst onto the national scene in 2020 with second-team AP All-American honors and Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year honors. In 2021, he was a Lombardi Award finalist after piling up 73 tackles, 12 TFLs, and three sacks. Rose entered the pre-draft process with athleticism concerns but answered them with a 90th-percentile size-adjusted athletic composite. Rose is a big, downhill throwback in the box. Rose also showed coverage chops earlier in his career including five interceptions in 2020. His box game translates, and he has the athleticism and ball skills to turn it around in coverage with developmental work.

Wow. This is the reason this website exists. The Chiefs have figured out they can get excellent White players on the cheap. Good luck to Mike Rose. I’m not sure what else he could have done to get drafted. In my opinion, all CB’s should be UFAs. Just sign anybody with dark skin and a ghetto name. It doesn’t matter how many times they get burned, nobody will notice.

The first names seem to get more and more absurd. This one ranks with the best of this year's:

49ers signed UCLA S Qwuantrezz Knight

Good grief! His mother must have been eating alphabet soup when she gave him that name.

What is going on in Indy? Whatever it is I like it. If they keep making these type of moves I might have to buy me a Colts Tshirt. Very strange to see
the team possibly whitening up like a Colts Jersey. :) It's gonna be a interesting training camp. Wish HBO Hard Knocks was gonna do their team but
with the internet we can usually find alot of good info as to what's going on. Is it the fall yet?

The Patriots used a 3rd RD pick on a 5'8" 174 lb CB that projects to be a return man and the Bears drafted a WR in the third round who will be 25 in less than a month.

Covey was signed as a UDFA and has an track record of production in the receiving and return game. Covey ran in the 4.4s at his pro day but apparently that is defined as disappointing for Weenie world. I would argue he is ideal for "today's NFL".

Eagles signed Utah WR Britain Covey.

Covey had a productive career at Utah, amassing 2,311 yards from scrimmage and 11 offensive touchdowns to go along with five return scores, enough to earn him an All-American spot as a returner. The bad news is he stands 5-foot-8, 169 pounds, is already 25, and disappointed at his Pro Day. He can find an NFL home as a return specialist, but his path to fantasy relevance is narrow.

Max Borghi is pissed off and hungry. Sounds like a man with a HUGE CHIP on his shoulder. He got royally screwed but hopefully the Colts will work out for the best for him!

Thanks to all for the updates. I think JoJo Domann is going to be a fine player for the Colts (former Wisconsin linebacker). I was tempted to say he'd be "really good," but that's contigent on him getting a chance to see the field. He was the top guy I was rooting for in the 6th-7th rounds.

I know that Georgia won the championship and all, and they were admittedly a defense full of physical freaks. It's still a stark contrast that Georgia's defense yielded five first-round NFL picks while Wisconsin's defense yielded none, Leo Chenal fell to the third round, and analysts still called him a mediocre pick at the time. The Badgers would have had a better season if they fielded Georgia's offensive unit, but I doubt it would have helped the draft stock of their stud white defenders one bit.

WR Jack Sorensen - Bengals

Nothing on Tyler Snead yet?
Haven’t heard anything on Colin Schooler either, top 5 all time tackles and TFL and teams don’t care?
