I'll have to hope that the Cardinals win so the Giants/Eagles will be tied atop the NFC East. It's too bad that Dallas wouldn't consider riding the hot hand with Cooper Rush once Prescott is recovered from his injury - Prescott's large and undeserved contract plays a big role in protecting his starting position.

It's surprising that considering present day passing yardage, Norm Van Brocklin still holds the single game record with 554 yards set in 1951.

That truly is remarkable that it's still the record after all these years, especially considering how much of a passing league it's become since then.

Jones really played well today. Dissected the overrated Packers Defense. Used his legs just enough to extend drives.

Amari Rodgers is a bum. Only 4catches for 45 in his 2nd yr now! Already 3 career fumbles too as an unreliable return man. Pack should cut him and sign Alex Erickson ASAP off Washington's PS.

I enjoyed watching the game this morning just to see Jones play well and execute the offense. Murray from the Cardinals has had player after player brought to surround him as has Hurts with the Eagles. To see Jones succeed on a team bereft of talent - Toney, Golladay and the undersized WR have done nothing this season just goes to show how well Danny Dimes is playing.

Wow did the Lions play badly today! No.1 offense shut out. It was painful to watch. Tom Kennedy had a TD catch taken away by an offensive PI on another receiver. The kind of thing that only happens to White guys.

Taysom Hill with 7 for 51 yards and two touchdowns… just make the man a running back already. Give him 10-15 carries a game and a couple swing passes and let him work!

Back in pre-season the coach was talking about converting Hill to tight end. The reaction here was not good and I floated the idea that the coach was just blowing some smoke playing mind games. The thought has crossed my mind that he did it just to have a laugh at CFr's reactions.

Not that we'd be on his radar but just a funny thought.

I dropped Hill in the Lambert League this year. How do you play a guy that only gets point every few games? How stupid is it that the team wouldn’t feed a guy like that every game!

Finally they get Kupp in space! He is alot faster than his 40 times reflect. He turned on the afterburners for a 75 yard touchdown!

The Rams really needed a play like that. They have looked awful for the last 3 games. They need a win and they need it bad. They
also need to get their offense into a consistant rhythmn.

First it was free Andy Isabella. I think we need to start a chant of Free Cmac!

On another note it's sad that the Rams don't give Jake Funk any carries. They gave him some carries last year. Not alot but
he got some before he was injured. It would be nice to see them get him a few reps as a 3rd running back. I would even like
to see him lineup like Skowronek a little just to get him a little involved. His explosiveness cannot be denied but he is sadly
wasting away on the bench.

Steelers easily felled by the Bills which everyone with two braincells to rub together should have expected. They continue to remain winless without T.J. Watt which shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. Kenny Pickett had a solid performance despite his abysmal receiving corps. Najee Harris aka Trent Richardson 2.0 had 20 rushing yards on 11 attempts for a putrid 1.8 YPC. This is the same team that cut Max Borghi without giving him a single carry.
