The DB play on both sides has been absolutely atrocious on both sides tonight. Too easy for receivers to torch them nowadays. Part of this has to do with the difficulty of the position, yes, and the rules restricting defenses from doing their job, but there is a definite oversaturation of mediocre talent in this league. Great job to Gronk and Schultz, once again showing the absolute revolution at the position in recent years. Just as I'm typing this Brent Urban's in on the pass rush and Scotty Miller appears! Brady's receivers need to step up, however.

To be fair, a few of the Buccaneers DBs got injured early on. But you're right, there's a very clear push for higher scoring games, likely to appease the ever-decreasing attention span of the modern sports consumer.

Crissie was also making excuses for Godwin when he dropped that bomb from Brady.

White liberals always make excuses for blacks, no matter what they do. It's part of their identity and mental makeup. They do this automatically, without even thinking about it.

As a fan of rugby I find it hard to grasp that Godwin did that extra push since the play that caused the turnover was made on a first down.
It's frustrating to see how many turnovers are caused by the hunt for an extra yard when it's not critical. They have time, downs and are close to the end zone. Seems so unnecessary.

If anything, a first down with no score might actually be preferable, since they can chew up more clock and are virtually guaranteed a field goal anyway.

True, when presented the option between maximizing the team's chances at winning or one's own stats, most affletes will choose the latter. Todd Gurley is the only recent exception that springs to mind.

A defensive battle where one team finally breaks through for a TD in the 4th quarter is more exciting to me than an offense-only battle where the team that has the ball last wins.

Good on Brady for still going strong at his age! That is unique in NFL history and another reason why he's the GOAT.

Yes, 379 yards and 4 touchdowns is phenomenal! I expect him to have many more games like that this year, as their receivers are significantly better than their runners. I’m also expecting Brady to have a better statistical year than last. He’s familiar with virtually every player and the team only started clicking in the 2nd half of last season. At age 44, Brady could have a top 5 statistical season out of his entire illustrious career.

I'm looking forward to redzone and seeing McCaffrey and Nicky Bosa in action. It has been a while.

I was just asking myself what would constitute a good season for caste football.

Simply I believe the answer is a healthy one for our boys. We are so few in number we can't afford to lose anyone. Chad Bebe being injured again is a huge blow, simply because of the position he plays and the dynamics involved.

An injury to one of our guys is such a big blow because of the numbers in play, and when it happens at a position that pale faces shouldn't apply, it only becomes bigger. E.g. McCaffrey and Bosa last year.

We've had some blows already, but here's hoping to a healthy season. Because once our boys are healthy they will be leading the way in their categories.

Gordie Howe played at all star levels in the NHL well into his late 40's and early 50's. So Brady is in elite company.

Seattle fans are a combination of typical DWFs that cheer for blacks because they think the “best players play” and stark-raving mad leftists who think blacks deserves an advantage over “evil whites”. Therefore, if the entire 53 man roster were blacks, these odious fans would cheer on their team with self righteous vigor.

If the Seahawks lose Wilson to injury the Seahawks will be a comical team to watch. He’s certainly the reason they remain competitive and even I’ll admit a top tier QB in the league.

Wigger Pete has never been white friendly in Seattle - sumo olines, coal black defenses, only interior OL and TE allowed - which has become the modern definition of the caste system.

The Bears are at the Rams. The Bears are one of the least white friendly teams in the league and the Rams are one of the most. I'm looking forward to the Bears being beaten badly.

The Bears are 8 point underdogs. I think they'll lose by far more than that.

I'm not seeing many notable inactives for the early games. Gotsis and Hollister for the Jags, no surprise there with Urban Blight now in charge; Tom Kennedy inactive for the Lions; James Lynch inactive for the Vikings; Robert Spillane for the Steelers, a pretty ominous move as far as Spillane's future on the team is concerned; a number of backup QBs. It's possible some may have injuries but most or all likely don't.
