Wilson is showing a bit of age. He can still run but he isn't as elusive as he used to be. He has a crap sumo o-line to deal with, which isn't likely to change as long as Plantation Pete is in charge. Without the running element he does look much more ordinary. I've always thought he's the rare black QB that could play at a high level well into his 30s, but he too may not age well.

He hit a wall the 2nd half of the season - I haven't heard anyone mention his average to mediocre play down the stretch. Rooting to this to be the begining of his decline!

The Seahawks "improved" defense certainly is not impressive considering Goff is not healthy and overly reliant on the run game - the Rams have totally dominated the run game - it's great to see the Seahawks defense come full circle to being the liability they were at the beginning of the season.

Agreed, he's still untouchable. But going out in the first round to a team playing with a QB nowhere near at his best because of thumb surgery might start to bring the critics out of the woodwork next season if his subpar play continues and Seattle is an average team.

That was great, even better than the Bills game. The Rams, forced to use a combination of an injured starting QB and their second-string QB, defeat the (not so) mighty Seaturds on their home turf, along with their "12th Man" (who wears black and white stripes).

Yes he looks slower when he is running.

Somebody told me he has had problems sitting in the pocket and waiting for the receivers to get open and when that doesn't happen it's a good chance he gets sacked.

Tampa's extra point attempt is blocked, and the holder is shown slapping hands with everyone who contributed to the bad play. It happens all the time now too when a receiver drops a ball or a running back fumbles. He's still greeted like he did something exceptional. Yeah, I'm sure someone can argue it's just a way of saying let's do better next time, but I'd rather see players wait until they make a good play to be congratulated.

Great to see the overrated Duane Brown in the picture. He was the sumo LT for the Texans before O'Brien shipped him off. The Seahawks traded a 2018 3rd round pick and 2019 2nd round pick - with the Seahawks roster deficiencies showing those two picks may have been put to a better use then trading for a then 32 year old declining left tackle. Too make the story even better Bill O'Brien traded away two first round picks and a second round pick for another overrated sumo LT - Laremy Tunsil (who was signed to a 3 year contract prior to this season). So the Texans and Seahawks have been worse off since trading for their long armed sumo LTs.

Taylor Heinicke looks like yet another White QB who can run. A big reason why White QBs continue to more than hold their own against the agenda of the Caste masters is that almost all the young ones are mobile now. There have been plenty of great immobile pocket passers, but greats like Brady and Rivers are being replaced by younger quarterbacks who can motor when need be.

Leonard Fournette ran a 4.51 at the Combine and was heralded as a freak combination of size and speed and was the fourth pick of the first round in '17, but now at just 25 years old already looks like much more of a lumbering beefed up fullback than a speedster. He also appears to have no elusiveness either.

He was big time hyped up going into the draft. I remember there was talk of him sitting out his final season at LSU because he was "so good". The 4th overall pick of the draft 4 years ago who is now on his second team and essentially a rotational player. Dat upside.

Not bad, but a White DE picked first overall would hardly be anointed as an established superstar with similar stats. More likely there would be rumblings of "disappointing" and "bust" about him in the fake news sports media.

So far, Young's career arc is following that of Jadevon Clowney's more than that of a Hall of Famer.

I do think Young will be much better than Clowney. Anytime I have watched the Redskins he has put in effort and hustle. Clowney was a one trick pony, if he was not rushing the passer he was not giving maximum effort. Additionally Clowney was never as good as advertised - I still maintain his career was built around the one play vs Michigan in that bowl game. I do agree it is way to early to coronate Young as the best pass DE in the league but when you have idiots like Aunt Crissy and Uncle Al stating things like Mahomes is the best QB of all time then this type of talk is par for the course.

It's freakin fantastic that Tom Brady is still playing at a very high level at 43. He shut up a lot of naysayers this season, especially when it took a while for all the pieces in Tampa to come together -- and they still aren't firing on all cylinders.

Drew Brees turns 42 in less than a week, would love to see him keep ballin in the playoffs and play next year, though the media seems intent on him retiring.

Too bad Tampa and New Orleans can't meet in the Super Bowl, but maybe they will in the NFC championship game.
