At least we got 3 QBs today. 2015 first round had Scherff and literally nothing else. Is it really too much to ask for representation? That’s all I’m asking for, just the teams to look more like the country as a whole.

Came here to ask if this was the worst first round ever, I'd already forgotten about 2015. Thanks.

This also taught me to never get my hopes up on tackle prospects. After last year’s sumo-heavy draft, I was hopeful that this year may be better as there are some really good players. But nope, our guys on the OL always fall. This “stacking” pisses me off-move the T to G, and G to C; it seems to always happen-seemingly ensuring fewer of our guys get opportunities and clearing space for sumo tackles.
As for first rounds, 2019 with Bosa, Jones, Jonah Williams, and Hockenson was pretty nice, even if it had an overhyped undersized quota at #1. Some other good players later on.

I bought two draft mags haven't been able to find one. Slim pickings outside the approved (at the moment) positions. Not many photos of the players but often the name is a good clue. For instance the safeties. Trevon. Jevon. Jamien. Aashari. JaCoby. And so on. Then on the 18th and last ranked safety I ran across a Reed Blankenship. Sounded kinda white to me so I googled him and yes he is white. They give him an okay write-up, with caveats about his average play speed, and project him as a 5th or 6th round prospect.

I intended to post this before the draft but my internet went out. I'll check to see if he got drafted.

First thing I see on my Yahoo! page (have to go there for my E-mail) was that the Chicago fan base was energized by pick of Justin Fields. I suppose that means they found the pick electrifying. Wow!

Drafttek has a pretty deep big board with 500 total players, and they have a separate page for each set of positional rankings. Some of the pages are split, for example, outside WRs vs slot WRs. They have all of the players in their top 500 ranked, with pictures next to each name on the position pages, so you can skim through and make a list of all the white players, and only Google them if it's ambiguous.

Here's a scouting report about guard Quinn Meinerz from The Draft Network. It describes Meinerz as "a below-average (sic) athlete."

Meinerz had a 9.98 RAS. 10.00 is the highest you can get so Meinerz is highly athletic.

Lurkers take note. The only reason the analyst said Meinerz is "a below-average (sic) athlete" is because he's white. They do it every year to white athletes. It's a racist stereotype of white men.

Just like in society these days people that tell the truth are the enemy in this Crazy Upside Down Clown World we live in where almost everything we read, see or hear is a lie. Lies are the new propaganda and
sports is just a reflection of society. When you wonder how we got here is the great communist lies that they push 24/7.

Excellent post. That says it all.

Blankenship actually returned to Middle Tenn St for one more year. Honestly this thread is the best resource for tracking white athletes during the draft.

Oregon S Brady Breeze is the one safety with the best chance of getting drafted. Ben DeLuca and Zayne Anderson could be drafted as well.

So many of these guys will not pan out. The edge rusher from Penn State that the Ravens just took is a prime example of a bust in the making -- looks great running shirtless but had zero sacks last season. He's a pass rushing specialist with zero sacks yet is a first round draft pick. Reading between the lines of super-cuck Daniel Jeremiah's descriptions of the picks, lots of them are far from sure things, but the NFL restricts itself to a very limited pool of players each year, just as does college football. So the vicious cycle repeats and repeats with invaluable assistance from the corporate media and recruiting services and so the fans remain ignorant.

This draft has looked to be a really bad one for a while now and the first round gives little hope for optimism for the rest of it. Anyway, still hoping the second and third rounds produce a decent amount of White linemen and maybe a linebacker (in addition to Werner) and some other surprises.
Yes the drafting of Black Tarzan seems like a super reach, if you can't get home runs in essentially rookie ball how are you going to get them in the majors? All they could point out was his topless workout and that the Baltimore coaching staff will figure out how to plug him in to hit the proverbial home runs.

We see it every year. It is frustrating but predictable. The Saints draft pick is also a head scratcher - they essentially drafted Marcus Davenport again (who has not lived up to his draft slot yet).

Titans pick a mulatto CB that has already had 2 back surgeries ! Ha.
Bucky, that would be Caleb Farley. I wouldn't have drafted him in the first round either. He has also had a torn ACL. However, he's from my part of the country and I knew his mother who died from Cancer. If you were drafting on character to this point in his life, it'll probably work out if he holds up physically. We shall see.
On another note, Alabama OL Landon Dickerson is also from my part of the state. Saw him play in HS. Any information on where he may end up?

That's quite the injury list. His tape looked good, when he was healthy. I'll give him that.

As for Dickerson I'd guess 3rd Rd, but I could see him falling further. Under appreciated interior OL.

What did you think of these 2 guys when they were playing in HS near you? Your area of NC seems quite talent rich!!

Oweh will be a BUST agreed. That's an easy one.

Saints DE from Houston was funny as well. At least he had some production with 5 sacks last year. 6'5 270lb White DEs are labeled as undersized.

I'm still pissed Turner and Blankenship returned. I wanted them in this Draft!

I was out all night and kept my eye on the boob tube.
All of the whites announcers are in fear of getting schillinged.
I’d love to hear Mooch call out, just once, some of the “woke ********” they indoctrinate us with. I wish an old schooler like Ditka would come on and say something conservative.
It’s all fear.....I’m pretty sure Kurt Schilling got fired over petty stuff.....
I flip at every commercial so not to get the black power crap...

Dickerson is getting flagged because of injuries...a label that Farley escaped. He SHOULD come off the board early in round 2 but he may last until day 3.

Eh...it's a push. At least if they will get meaningful playing time in college next year. My guess is they both did not receive favorable draft projections and wanted to go back to improve their stock.

9% White maybe covers it better as it's the overachievers we count each year.

I think Mills and Trask are the only white QBs that have a chance going tonight. The Saints, Redskins, Falcons, Texans and Bucs would be good situations for either of them. Ideally we don't see anymore quotas drafted until late on day 3 but who knows.

Just for fun I looked at BSPN's best available DE - Ronnie Perkins Oklahoma - he is almost a mirror image of DE Wyatt Hubert Kansas St in physical measurements and productivity on the field. On top of that they both played in the same conference.

https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/ronnie-perkins-1.html

https://www.sports-reference.com/cfb/players/wyatt-hubert-1.html

BSPN ranks Perkins the 3rd best DE in the draft and 36th overall draft prospect. Hubert is ranked 25th best prospect and 290th overall player.
