Good luck to our white brother!

No combine this year so the white exclusion cannot be as controlled as it normally is. Sounds like all workout numbers will be from pro days only.

Yes Pro Day come March will be crucial for him! So that makes Stokke, Van Lanen, and Groshek now as pro prospects. Rand announced he is retiring, his college career was derailed by injuries man!

OLB Noah Burks hasn't announced what he's doing yet.

So far we have Funk and Groshek declared at RB not bad. As others have mentioned I think Borghi should declare as well! Interesting RB class to follow.

Borghi is going back next year. I hope Rolovich does not screw him over completely and he has a productive healthy season before Wazzu makes the roster look like that of Hawaii.

Damn that's too bad. I Think his versatility as a receiver would really appeal to NFL. At least we know he'll be apart of a high flying offense, likely no defense under new regime.

I see Funk and Groshek getting no more interest than Nall got....
They’ll be lucky to get a roster spot....
I’m rooting big time that I’m wrong.....

Borghi will probably split time with the 7th year senior, but needs a good year to move up in the draft......He’d be drafted 2nd day, early third if he came out.....
I’m looking forward to watching Shipley run for Clemson next year.....
He will play...,,

Probably right. Both will go UDFA route. I think Funk can go sub 4.5 40 at his pro day though and really build that buzz again.

Groshek should be fine as long as he's below 4.6!

Sure would be awesome to see Shipley factor in right away!

Grohsek and Funk will probably be taking the UDFA route to the NFL but I'll do what I can to get them some recognition. With more attention on pro days this year both Funk and Groshek have a chance that our guys would not typically get at those positions.

I wished Groshek would have came back as a super senior. Funk is an NFL running back if given a chance. He’s probably equal to Laird, maybe even a little better.

Funk came out of nowhere this year to surprise us all.
GG has been there and done that.....So good, so consistent..
GG could be the 2nd or 3rd option at running back on any team and make them better.

Seeing AJ Dillon with the Pack reminded me of Ben Glines at BC who had similar stats than Dillon when given the chance.....But, as we know, just wasn’t good enough as the real running backs....

I predicted in an earlier post Funk would go to Pittsburgh as an UFA.....
Matt Canada is probably going to be the Steelers OC this year....
Coach Canada came from Maryland where he got Pittsburgh to draft Anthony McFarland who averaged 3.5 yards per carry (I’m pretty sure) with the Steelers this year.....As only us CF members know, Funk will probably have better size, stats and measurables than McFarland, but one will get drafted and the other will not.....Lurkers take note.....I’ll put 100 bucks on it....
I’ll look up the stats between the two.....Funk only had this partial year of starting though.

Jake Funk is an incredible rb not to mention athlete. He could have played mulitple sports in my honest opinion. He has the build to be a number 1 or 2 running back on a NFL Team. Will someone just believe in him. The kid is amazing!

Agreed fellas! Funk has 4.4 potential and that's with all the injuries!

GG agreed is a solid all around back. I'm predicting 4.55 and a good all around workout. Good hands, blocker, etc.

Besides those 2 anyone else with a chance at RB?

Harry Trotter says he’s not returning and will train for his pro day.
Sean McGrew is coming back for a sixth season.

The services and the Ivy League don’t redshirt. So what are the fates of Remsberg and Zane Dudek? An article from the summer said Dudek may graduate from Yale and transfer somewhere for his final season of eligibility......Smart kid.

I’m pretty sure Epstein is staying at Illinois....
How will the new coach use him? They brought in a transfer rb also.

I’m excited about Horvath, Borghi, the AIr Force backs, McDaniel at SMU hopefully will regain his starting spot...McChesney should get carries......
As I said before, I’m hoping Shipley and Filkins get rolling...

Good luck boys.....

I’m sure there are a couple small school guys too......

Nolan Turner is returning for the 2021 season - one less white DB in the draft pool.

Yep, Dabo convinced his whole defense to come back. Not one defensive player for Clemson is leaving for the draft, Skalski, Turner, all of them back.

I can not believe all the hype around Trey Lance, the North Dakota State QB who played ONE game this year. McShay and Kiper are saying he could be the fourth QB taken in the draft.

His hype died down some due "Covid" cancelling his season. No surprise the Cucks at ESPN start beating the drum for him once again. They're in love with Fields as well when though last 5 Buckeye QBs have stunk in NFL.

Next year they will be hyping D'eriq from Miami, and I'm sure they'll scour the land for another black quarterback .

I hope the Bears select him in the first round. I am sure next year it will be the poster boy for the opposition to miscegenation Spencer Rattler who gets the initial preseason bump.

How could I forget Pat's cousin Spence?! Rattler and King ensure next season will be covered for The Black QBs..

Fields to The Bears would be funny as a Packers fan. Maybe he can be the Messiah to get the young urban youffs to stop gunning each other down on the South Side.

I think he looks more like ET, especially when he has his helmet on
