2021 NFL Draft

All of the white families shown so far on the "Fam Cams" look like normal, clean, attractive people. Nothing like the DWFs attending the draft.

Good pick Titans with Radunz!

When Jeremiah was describing him he mentions something to the effect that "like many of the tackles some want to move him to guard." He left out a certain word before "tackles." But Jeremiah was quite complimentary toward Radunz. Guy didn't give up a single sack last year and still is seen as a guard by the conductors of the hive mind symphony.

Almost all of the draft rooms shown are surprisingly mostly White. But yeah, the DWFs look like the bar scene from Star Wars.

Steelers seem to be pretty liked here. I know Don is from there. Maybe a few others. Happy for Freiermuth but I never cared for the Steelers. Gave us the Rooney Rule, also never cared for Tomlin because he strikes me as an enabler of the toxic culture (AB, Leveon, Juju, etc). Surprised he fell that far.

I like that the Steelers took him, but the downside is that Pittsburgh is traditionally one of the teams where tight ends rarely put up big numbers. They're always expected to be blockers in the running and passing game first, at least the White ones. So if Freiermuth approaches Heath Miller's production I'll be happy.

Timer almost runs out on Seattle but they turn in the card with 3 seconds left. Pete was probably too busy calling the newest member of his plantation with his shirt off

If you look at older threads you'll see that the Steelers were traditionally one of the least liked teams, including by me, who dubbed them the Crawfords. But they've improved somewhat demographically in recent years and are now regarded as a middle of the pack team in that regard.

I’m definitely aware. But seems like y’all have warmed up in the TJ Watt era (understandable- I like him too). Still dislike Tomlin (not bc of his skin- I like Dungy, and Leslie Frazier, who gave us Harrison Smith and Andrew Sendejo) for reasons I’ve outlined. I would imagine childhood nostalgia may play a role- can be very hard to completely shed your childhood team.

Really curious to see where Mills and Trask are going to land. Saints and Bucs both coming up.
