2021 College Football Week 7

Miami OH WR Jack Sorenson with a big 1st quarter - 83 yds and a TD already. He should eclipse 1k yards receiving this year.

Yep Luke Benson was a superb 100m guy in high school. I remember an 80 yard TD he had in 2019!
i did a little looking, and it appears Benson had a personal-best of 10.78 in the 100m (as well as a 10.5+ windy) in high school. that is MOVING for a man his size! again, i wonder what the rest of the story is to cause an athlete with his size/speed ratio to not be involved in the offensive game plan at all ...

Hudson Clark from Arkansas the white corner back called for a ridiculous pass interference call on a ball that sailed five yards out of play. Not a true believer in referees calling calls unfairly on white players just think referees are pretty inept fullstop but it makes you wonder when the only starting white cornerback is called for that.
Clark no longer starts for the Razorbacks, unfortunately. the coaches appear to be jerking him around a lot, as well, based on their actions on the sideline at any rate. if Clark makes even the smallest mistake, the coaching staff is all over him, grabbing his facemask, benching him, etc. meanwhile, his defensive black teammates routinely blow coverages that result in touchdowns (see last week be Ole Miss, for instance) and nothing ... just business as usual for that White privilege, i suppose.

He's been a very good and consistent player for The RedHawks. He should be climbing Draft Boards but we all know the drill here.

Don't think Iowa will be able to run the gauntlet. Petras looks suspect at QB for them.. Shame Iowa and Wisconsin can't find a decent QB.

I think Wisco is the biggest hurdle for them ironically. Petras sails the ball way too much and does not know how to put touch on his passes - its frustrating because all of the weapons around him. Drew Tate and Stanzi were my fav Iowa QBs.

Koerner's a beast...he should easily be a 3rd round draft pick and multi year NFL starter.

Ditto. That matchup will be HUGE.

Tate and Stanzi were both Studs for Iowa. I remember loving Dallas Clark at TE as well.

I liked Bollinger and Stocco growing up for Badger QBs! Bollinger was a very underated athlete at QB.

Another SEC shootout for two of the big time programs - LSU and Florida. Defenses filled with the worlds best athletes give up 42 and 49 points respectively. Meanwhile in the Big Ten today alot of great games where defenses actually played a big role. Yet the SEC continues to be the feeder into the NFL

LB Micah McFadden for the Hoosiers was very impressive today and has been all season. Certainly a player to keep an eye on.

Great performance today for Bo Nix 21 of 26 292 yds 2 touchdowns one int and 5 for 42 one TD rushing. Was the reason I would say that Auburn beat the Razorbacks. Aaron Murray commentating said that was the tape that should go to the NFL scouting guys.

Watching the Pitt - Va Tech and Iowa games. Pickett looks pretty good, he moves around well and has a very good arm. If I were to compare him he would be somewhere between Derek Carr and Aaron Rodgers in terms of his playing style/ability.

It's Georgia Kentucky here across the pond. Bennett has not really started that well so far, could be a close one.

Dan Jackson started well at safety great open-field tackle and Mcconkey 15 yard reception early. Bowers reception aswell. Our boys showing up in this big match up so far.

Tyler Venables gets a pick, check Twitter, Clemson fans calling for him to be benched because “he sucks” and “nepotism”
Venables had an interception that prevented a certain score, had a sack, and he was third on the team tackles. yeah, “he sucks” for sure. [insert eye roll here] our own people are our biggest enemies, it seems.

by the way, the 4 leading tacklers for Clemson last night were overachiever types, if memory serves.

I wonder how the Clemson fans feel about their QB

Touchdown Justin Rigg white tight end Kentucky, 14 7 Georgia. Levis the starting quarterback for Kentucky is good.

RB Carson Steele with a monster game for Ball State.

Would like to see a video of his hilights if we can find one.

Glad Sorenson and Pierce are looking great!

Iowa needs to play alot better in the 2nd half but the game is still there for the taking!

Wisconsin and Nebraska two powerhouse schools have almost hit rock bottom. I'm sick to my stomach typing that. Other then
with the qb situation, I still like Coach Frost but I highly doubt he will have a job after the season is over. Wisconsin will bounce
back next year but it's hard to see a team with this much talent struggle. QB controversy next year possibly.

I think Frost will have another year at Nebraska but he needs to open up the QB competition.

Brock Bowers BIG TIME TD Catch from 27 yards! 5th of the season!

Ladd McConkey doing damage for UGA too; nice 15 yard burst on the end around!

Nice to see Carson Steele(18-138-1) / Will Jones(12 -47 -1) Ball State rushing attack back today!

Iowa is looking terrible. Both sides of the ball. This is going to be over if they don't turn it around right now. Very disappointing.

Purdue seems to always have Iowa's number. Petras is the weak link for Iowa.
