Incredible that Nebraska had an instant upgrade (Smothers) sitting on the bench this whole season. Who knows how many of their 8 single-digit losses might have gone the other way?

Also, where the heck is Oliver Martin? He started the season with 100 yards and a touchdown in Week Zero and has barely averaged a target per game since. Not even in the box score today :(

Yep ever since his big game in week 1 he never really got back in the lineup on offense. He’s been pretty much strictly a punt returner since then. They also removed Wyatt Liewer from the offense after playing a lot of snaps the first portion of the season. At least they kept Levi Falck in the lineup and got Brody Belt involved a little bit.

The thing I like most about Alec Pierce is his size. It's rare we see fast tall white receivers with a chance to make the nfl. Even when they do they seem to have
trouble finding a coach who will dare to play them. As Don and many others have said many times before. The slot receiver is where they like to stick most of
our guys due to their perception that they lack the speed, athletecism and hip wiggle to be an outside receiver. This is and always has been a lie. We should have
way more Adam Thielen Types if the NFL were fair. I hope Pierce can make it and he doesn't get talked into putting on weight to become a tightend.

You hit the nail right on the head, the biggest case of this recently was with Chad Hansen. He's 26 years old, has great hands, fantastic body control, great size, and the numbers to back it up. He’s better than 99% of receivers on practice squads and better than many on rosters yet he is a free agent and has been since August. I think Pierce will be a 3rd round pick, I hope the right team with a plan drafts him.

What a TD Run by MAD MAX BORGHI!! 32 YARDS!
he had another one of approximately 60 yards called back. he’s an awful lot like McCaffrey (he even looks like him), so i wonder why he isn’t featured more consistently in all phases of the game ...

Caught the first half of the Nebraska - Iowa game - before partaking in the holiday travels. As @Phall mentioned - Smothers was an upgrade and it should have been obvious to Frost. He's a better athlete than Martinez as well as a more talented passer. Nebraska should be a team to root for tomorrow if Smothers gets a fair shot in Spring and Fall camps. Iowa still has a QB problem.

Big games for Alec Pierce of Cincinnati and Tyler Snead of ECU.

Watched the UNC-NC State game. One of the more entertaining games this season, Thomas is a fun player to watch and it looks like he walked during Senior Day. He should be a player drafted in round 4/5 - just a really talented/versatile athlete.

Borghi looks to have a career best in rushing yards in his final season at Wash St. Let's hope for the best for him as well at the next level - he's a 3rd round pick at worst IMO.

Borghi will be able to hit the 1,000 yard mark with a productive Bowl Game - he stands at around 880 yards currently.

The coaches are idiots for not feeding him the way they have the last couple of games. Instead they were trying to split carries with a less-talented black running back. Borghi is head and shoulders the better back.

I feel in everyone of my write-ups I jinx the team I am rooting for but I'll say it anyways - hopefully Michigan wins today.

Wisconsin has a chance to get to 9-3 which is a huge accomplishment after the rough start to the season. Mertz has taken some steps in the second half of the season in the right direction.

Let's see how that goes!

Michigan TE Luke Schoonmaker has come on strong the past few weeks, catching a few touchdowns and showing some special receiving chops overall. It's nice that the Wolverines have a white player to look for in the box score now. Schoonmaker will probably be back next year and probably have a bigger role.

Wisconsin has been very resilient in bouncing all the way back from September's setbacks. Mertz hasn't really gotten it together at QB, but he has a lot of eligibility left and should at least be motivated to fight for his job this offseason. The Badgers will get another crack at a top-ranked team in the Big Ten championship game.

I'm looking for Wake Forest to beat Boston College and get into the ACC Championship game against Pittsburgh. A Pickett/Hartman QB match up would be fun to watch. Hartman already with a 12 yard TD run. WF up 7-0.

Michigan D-End Aidan Hutchinson(1st Round Top 5 Pick in Mock NFL Drafts) with the SACK! Hold Buckeyes to FG....7-3

UGA Walk-on DB #47 Dan Jackson NICE TACKLE for LOSS !!! 3 star recruit WR Ladd McConkey is Punt Returner....catches TD ...MISSED IT LIVE.....Wifi reboot .w.atching BOTH games same time

Jimmy C....
I caught part of the Borghi REPLAY that had the Holding Call....wasn't sure how long it was?? Very frustrating! Max had 129 yards rushing! That run could have givin him 180-190? yards!

Hartman is one to watch out for next year. I like BC QB Jurkovec alot as well - he was not expected to return this season after a hand/wrist injury but has come back and been more of a runner than passer down the stretch. Looking forward to watch them both in the ACC next season.

Aidan Hutchinson is getting held on just about every play but still has two sacks of the paper tiger Heisman favorite CJ Stroud. Two sacks SO FAR, that is!
