2020 Rice Owls

Since 2005, Rice has started 14, 14, 8, 10, 11, 10, 12, 14, 11, 10, 12, 9, 10 and 12 whites. Last year was 10.
This year up to 12 again...

COVID has screwed up Rice season...will be starting later in Oct after UAB; Marshall were cancelled

Last season enjoyed doing Weekly recaps waiting to see stat line in Box Score for WR's ; speedy Austin Trammell (Punt Returner & Kick Returner) & 6'-5" Brad Rozner.

Keep an eye on Back up WR Zane Knipe is also a big play threat.
WR Christian McStravick (Boston College transfer); QB TJ McMahon; FB Luke Armstrong ;

Was expecting more than 2 white players starting on Defense. LB Blaze Alldredge will compete for Conf. USA. Defensive of the Year! Andrew Bird is one of a few starting white Corner Back's in the FBS. There are a couple of Hispanic defenders.

Thanks TwentyTwo. It looked for the world like Texas Tech was going to be one of those white heavy wide receiver teams but sorry Red raider they keep letting me down year after year. Especially if their first game is anything to go by good grief.

No the most white friendly receiving corps is Rice. And none of them are stiffs. Go Rice . Even if they rarely win. Ha. They are entertaining though I will give them that.

Yeah I’d throw Antonio Montero in there, I had mentioned him in the LB thread. But I do understand some people here have strict requirements. Either way he lightens up the defense!

One of my favorite teams in CFB. Another DB and front 7 guy would be the dream. An RB would be insane but that’s a lot to ask haha

for Antonio Monterey, the linebacker we don’t know about, like said above is Spanish decent. His parents look like 100% white Eastern Europeans.

Agreed ...i'm pretty flexible with requirements...but sometimes unsure. So thank everybody for chiming in.

In the past Ashtyn Davis ; Vic Warton; Cassius Marsh ; Eric Harris were questionable from a Caste perspective.

In the past...An Example 2 white starters 8 black starters; 1 poly; 2 - 8 - 1 ......i have used a 3rd category for Junior Seau or Troy Polamalu or the players mentioned above .....
