Since 2007, Oregon has started 6, 9, 10, 10, 9, 9, 5, 8, 8, 6, 7, 7 and 9 white starters. They are down to 4 projected started for 2020.

Lots of polys who are replacing white players on the DL and OL more and more. Tyler Shough looks alot like Justin Herbert - tall, athletic, strong arm. Brady Breeze was the MVP of the Rose Bowl - he should be a surefire draft pick (3rd round) - let's hope he does not get screwed over too bad come draft time.

TE Patrick Herbert, DE Isaac Townsend are players to look out for.

Offense
QB: Tyler Shough
TE: Hunter Kampermoyer or Spencer Webb or a non-white
LG: T.J. Bass
C: Alex Forsyth

Defense

While Oregon has never been a caste busting team they have historically produced a lot of great skill position whites over the years, specifically safeties and recievers. This is the brady breeze year

Brady Freeze opted out .
He will enter 2021 NFL draft.
Bold idea? Ducks will be very bad this season, and his tapes are there already.

Thanks for that update!

Hopefully Breeze knows what he is doing and secures an invite to the Senior Bowl and combine. He was dominant in that Rose Bowl victory and played great down the stretch for them last year. Being a white DB is one of the hardest paths to take to the NFL - rooting hard for him to be able to navigate through the caste roadblocks during the draft process.

If Breeze feels comfortable enough to do this, I'm for it . I'm assuming he received a favorable draft grade.

I am a bit baffled by this move. Bucky mentions the possibility of a favorable draft grade but the best I can come up with is he will either be drafted on the third day or won't get drafted at all. In other words Breeze is not a slam dunk to get drafted and a solid season would have helped his cause. Four white safeties have been mentioned as possible draft picks but that is still a long shot. It still seems that Nolan Turner and Breeze have the best shot of getting drafted but I an leery of this move. Most of the players opting out this year are day one or day two draft picks with a few being 5th to 6th round types. Breeze is taking a big risk here.

But the cat is out of the bag so we can only hope for the best. I have some advice for the young man. Work on your 40 yard dash. In the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. And while you are asleep. Get that sucker under 4.5 seconds. And then we have to hope he is invited to the combine like Leonardfan says.
