Like I said I don't dislike Gruden but he has his head up his ass. This is the third Raiders game I have watched this year and I can't think of a team that suffers more mental errors than them. He just thought of putting Crosby and Nassib in at the same time when he should have considered that before the season? Untimely gaffes galore. You should have heard the Patriots media after the game. They said BB just laid back and waited for the Raiders to self destruct which they did on cue.

NFL coaches, rightly or wrongly, are frequent scapegoats for their teams' failures. Head coach/OC/DC are all high turnover positions. Nagy keeping his job for so long is puzzling - the only other coaches who have been kept on that long despite being incompetent are Rooney Rulers. Does he have pictures of someone?

It's obvious what game he's trying to play - he's pitting Trubisky and Foles (and their respective fans) against each other to save his own skin. Hopefully it'll backfire and he'll get canned sooner rather than later.

It will be interesting to see if Pace/Nagy attack each other. I think this game makes it obvious that Trubisky is not as bad at the media thinks he is. Nagy is a bad coach - the scheme sucks, the play calling sucks and his decision making is terrible. For a supposed offensive guru he has been terrible.

Another thing about Rodent Nagy - he was a college QB who didn't make it into the NFL and had to play arena football. It's highly likely from the way he (mis)treats young NFL quarterbacks that he's dealing with jealousy/resentment issues and taking it out on the QBs who did make it into the big league. He failed, so he wants to make himself feel better by being able to say, "Hey, Trubisky failed too."

Just saw the highlights for the Chargers Bucs. Herbert has some kinda arm, he's very much in the Josh Allen mode, big body, athletic with an absolute cannon. But he's further along in his development that Allen was coming into the league. Gonna be interesting to watch him.

Well, they do have Clelin Ferrell who was the fourth overall draft pick in 2019. Fellow second year player Maxx Crosby outplayed Ferrell by a considerable amount last year, and I agree Nassib is also better than Ferrell, but we know how it goes, Ferrell will get a lot of time to try to reach his scintillating "upside" before he's demoted or written off as a bust.

Josh Allen vs. Derek Carr, another great battle between two talented quarterbacks. More of what normal fans want to see.

Doesn't Crissie own PFF? You would think he would be a little more vocal of his criticism of the two Eagles starting WRs that PFF ranks as 116 out of 118 and 95 out of 118.

A brawl broke out after the Giants-Rams game between Golden Tate and Jalen Ramsey. Apparently Ramsey dumped Tate's sister, who was pregnant with their baby, and this baby daddy/baby momma drama led to a "beef."

Just remember, you can push back to the point it backfires. Calling Prescott the most overrated QB in the league isn't going to win us any converts.

A long-standing problem for this site. To win converts, a positive stance is more likely to succeed.

Re: Nall not getting carries. Sort of like Mike Thomas getting all the carries on a Redskin team that had John Riggins.

Riggins should have known George Allen's offense would not work for him when he signed with the Redskins. Lucky for Riggins, Jack Pardee replaced Allen in 1978.

AJ Green looks like he's done in Cincy. Horrible first 4 games for him, looks like injuries have taken their toll.

They're in Commiefornia, I only wish Crissie was muzzled to the point that he can't speak.

Kittle with the nice run after the catch. 6 guys tackled him, it was going no where and he made sure to attempt to take everyone of them on. This guy is a legitimate maniac.

The funny thing about Kittle is he stands out today because of the furious nature of his game. But if you were to beam back into the 70's a lot of players were like him. Heck TE Dave Casper played with that crazy abandon all the time. It just goes to show how "polite" the game has become compared to the tough ass old days. And I am not talking about rule changes either. You look at old Super Bowl coverages and you don't see head shots and stuff. Just old fashioned hard nosed football. Speaking of Kittle great chunk play.

If Prescott were white and the Cowboys were 1-3 he would be feeling alot more heat. I don't disagree that the Cowboys defense is trash because it is awful - it's great to see them be so bad after making Heath the scapegoat for many years. Prescott is surrounded with 1st rounders on offense - the OL, RB, WRs. We see white QBs doing more with less. I'm done with the constant attacks on white QBs - time to push back and nitpick everything about black QBs.
I think an interesting thought experiment would be to imagine what would happen if Prescott was on the Eagles and Wentz was on the Cowboys. Would Prescott be putting up video game numbers? Probably not. Would Wentz be matching Dak’s productivity on Dallas? Possibly.

I think overall Prescott is a good QB playing great in a top 3 offense. I’d say Wentz is a good QB playing poorly on a bottom 3 offense. Supporting cast matters much more the (((sports media))) cares to acknowledge.

Good measured response! I get irritated at the black quarterback agenda more than most here so I get a little heated lol.

It still baffles me how the Eagles can't get a north/south running game established - they don't even try.

Kittle in my opinion is slightly better than Kelce. It's very close but they are the two best tightends in the nfl and it's not even close.
