Washington and Pittsburgh playing right now. I was hoping it would be on TV, but it’s not in my area. Looks like NFL Network will air the replay at 7:30 tonight.

It's on Fox, you should be able to tune it in. . . though it's been incredibly boring to this point.

James Washington scores on a TD after two black Washington DBs make horrible attempts at tackles, of course the director pans to a shot of linebacker Cole Holcomb sitting on the sideline bench.

Yesterday after the Eagles scored on a kickoff return, Robert Tonyan who had nothing to do with the play, was similarly given the sideline perp shot. Such blatant racism, over and over and over again for many years now.

The Redskins cornerback misses a tackle and the Steelers score. Sure enough, the camera "inexplicably" shows a white Washington player who's on the bench. Every. Single. Time.

Alex Smith hasn't attempted a pass more than 3 yards downfield so far. Love his comeback story and everything but this is as exciting as watching paint dry.

And now Smith finally throws a deep ball, just missing connecting with McLaurin, who is a very good receiver. The Steelers are prone to the big play, it's about the only way to move the ball against their defense. Smith needs to make some adjustments or this is gonna be an easy Pitt win.

Why is the Redskins player helping up a Steeler? Helping your opponent shows a lack of competiveness.

Harrison Phillips just pushed the OL out of the way allowing the LB to make the hit on that goal line stand. And Moss just fumbles the ball back to the 49ers.

The Steelers lost the game due to Big Ben’s refusal to take the ball himself on 3rd/4th and one..........That’s on Tomlin and Ben. Wuss football....

Agreed. Whatever happened to the I formation? Throwing on 4th and 1 late in the game was a terrible play call.

Dawson Knox with the TD!

For some reason Big Ben despite being as strong as an oak tree has never liked to quarterback sneak. And now at 38 he probably doesn't for health reasons.

The Steelers' Achilles Heel is their running game, that and their tendency to give up too many medium to long plays to opposing offenses. They're a very good team but were probably the least likely 11-0 team in league history.

Matt Milano is finally off IR. Hopefully his playing time doesn't come at the expense of A.J. Klein, who has been excellent.

It's great to see Allen thriving in year three. Beasley and Allen have an obvious connection.

The 49ers not using Trent Taylor has been one of the disappointments this season.

Allen and Beasley with a monster first half. I was scared Cole wouldnt get 1000 yards on the season, but this puts him firmly in position to do so.

To be fair to Alex Smith he had a good game throwing for almost 300 yards in a defensive struggle that could have went either way. Alex Smith averaged more yards per pass than Big Ben. Was he boring? I know your a Steelers Fan
but let's be fair. Both guys did alot of dink and dunking but that happens in a defensive led game in my opinion.

Here are Alex Smiths stats for the game:

Alex Smith 31/46 296 6.4 1 TD 0 INT

Alex Smith's comeback has been remarkable. I am curious to see what happens at the position in the offseason. Smith probably has another 2 years left as a quality starter. I'd rather see Smith serve as a mentor to a promising young white QB rather than Haskins who has been a bust to this point and will never be a top 15 QB in the league.

Re-read my post. I wrote "so far." That was written in the first half. On the very next play he started throwing the ball downfield, and the result was an instant turnaround for the Washington offense.

And read what I wrote in post #132. He followed my advice. I wrote what I wrote, which was constructive criticism, because I was rooting for him. ;)

Fair enough my friend. I just think like many here that this comeback story is amazing. This Redskins Team is not very good. They have struggled for years under many quarterbacks. Cousins was the last good one they had and look how they
treated him. Anyways it's a feel good story and he beat a team that was close to going undefeated. Amazing performance and gutsy as can be. Alex Smith also has a very good looking white family. I like many here believe he would have had a super
bowl ring if he wasn't benched after the injury with the 49ers. Glad to see him win. Sorry your Steelers lost though Don. They still have an excellent chance at a Super Bowl.

"My Steelers" lolol. Is this the same White Lightning who has been here from the beginning? When have I ever written that I'm a Steelers fan? I live in Pittsburgh so I try to share local knowledge about the team here, and I'm definitely a huge fan of their dynasty of the 1970s, but ever since Bill Cowher took over from Chuck Noll in 1992, I have not been a fan. Who nicknamed them the Crawfords and has been a very harsh critic of the organization? Geez

I noted that I love Alex Smith's story but that his team wasn't going to win if he didn't stop throwing 3 yard passes. He did stop throwing them for the most part and his team won. Res ipsa loquitor.

Josh Allen isn't "making sure" Stefon Diggs gets a certain amount of targets. Beasley is getting open at will and Allen is throwing it to him, as he has all season even as Diggs gets plenty of targets. Great to see Cole finally being used to his potential.

I’m from Pittsburgh......They are still my team, but I share a lot of what Don says....
When Cowher took over, Hoge was “caste” aside.....I learned through the years that the Rooney’s were democrats....then seemed to turn into liberals.....I hate it.....
Our smash mouth brand has been fazed out for a lighter, limper style of football.....
We’ve become very dark through the years, but with TJ, Spillane (hopefully he’s not hurt bad) and now Mondeaux, the D has lightened up a bit......I root for them, with an asterisk.
