I think they should all go train with Warholm, his craziness, indomitable spirit and his need to win are are off the charts....

No one here disrespects Christophe Lemaitre....we are just upset that he didn't take his potential elsewhere. He was mis-trained for a long time and had potential to be 9.8 /19.6 sprinter, I was sure if it. He had the most Natural Talent (outside of Bolt) in my opinion.

I'd like to see Hari continue and improve but I'm not pinning any hopes on him ...... a legal 10.26 (+1.6) at 21 after years of junior promise? He's never matched many young guys who have themselves amounted to nothing in the sprinting world (Robertson, Hale, Pickering, Shirvington, Reus, Trae Williams ... the list goes on and on)

I partially agree but not entirely. Let me explain why? Kris Hari ran in the 10.30's as a teenager. He has the talent genetically. I will attach the video clip of him running a (world age 15 year old record of 10.37)wind legal. Yes he ran in the the 10.30's at age 15! He also is a very smart kid with a major in computer science. The kid will be running companies some day he is so smart. That is assuming he doesn't make it in athletics. He has regressed a little coming to america and concentrating on school and living in a different country. I believe this is the biggest reason his progress has slowed. So in my honest opinion, the book is still open as to what we will see with 2 years of college left. I think he will p.b. again this season both indoors & outdoors as long as he stays healthy. His strength has improved alot. Here is the video of his 10.37 as a 15 year old! Incredible to even think about much yet accomplish.

Have to smile ...actually not a bad idea re ; training with warholm ( what an athlete ) ......I still think kris hari will get there as WL said ....and the fact his performance in the NCAAs will give him real confidence ....I do feel he is a 6.4 60 meter sprinter in the waiting ...having looked more and more at his euros of 2017 indoors his acceleration is exceptional and he is getting physically stronger .......he reminds me of bingtian su ( and we know how good Su is over 60 ) .....

While not a great time I have alot of respect for Richard Kilty who ran a world championship qualifier of 20.39 today! I've been a fan of his for around a decade. Kilty has a life time best in the 100 of 10.01 wind legal and won the world championships gold medal as the fastest man indoors several years ago. A sprinter that has given us lots of good memories. He is married to stunning fellow professional track athlete. They have a son together and will hopefully have many more kids. They might just produce the next Boling type. Anyways, just wanted to show some love for Kilty the "teaside tornado".

I know this is two years ago when he was 17 but I still believe in Samuel Purola. Let's hope this sprinting prospect from Finland will return to form next season. I really like his height & genetics.
One good thing is he is a Nike Athlete. Here is his instagram.

She is DDG. Drop dead gorgeous. Lucky dog.

She is a triple and long jumper from Lithuania. Tough name though. Dovile Dzindzaletaite.

But who the hell cares about her name. Ha.

I didn't realize Warholm has a such a quick flat 400 meters time (44.87). It's exciting to see he will be taking a crack at that mark as he is currently better than ever. Hoping for great conditions!!

On the 1st day of the Norwegian Championships, Karsten Warholm won the 400m hurdles in 47.53.
Meanwhile, in the heats of the 400m, he ran 47.93.
So faster in the hurdles than in the flat!
Let's see what he does in the finals of the 400m.

I'll be honest. I'm very dissapointed in Reus. He usually runs well at the national champs but at 31 father time can be cruel. Julian Reus just ran a 10.13 wind legal a week
ago in the race that Asafa Powell won. Reus was 2nd. I was expecting more. Nothing against Pohl but he is around 30 too. I would have rather seen Kevin Kranz win as he is
the only young sprinter in the top 3. Oh well, the german women sprinters are better than the german men currently I hope the men raise their game going into an olympic
year next summer.

Actually I was more disappointed in the women's race. It was just a few years ago that Germany was full of young, promising female sprinters.
But in the final today it was Gina Luckenkemper and a host of African/German girls. I don't what happened to all the other girls.

I didn't see the race but I know Rebecca Hasse has struggled with injuries all year as of some of the other top girls. They also may be focusing on the 200 meters. I did hope to see my girl
Gina Luckenkemper run better. She is a sub 11 sprinter but has not been running too good this year. Hope she can turn in around before the world champs in Doha. Fingers crossed.

Sally was a great talent and a very tough competitor.
It seemed to me that she was an extremely determined athlete who was always pushing herself to the limit, and was never satisfied with 2nd place.
A great talent. She was an Olympic and World Champion.

Julian Wagner is a new german sprinter that I hadn't heard of. He is only 21 years of age. He ran a 10.31 around 5 days ago. I know that isn't special but with his age he might develop over
the next few years. They have so many young german sprinters at the moment. Hopefully at least a few will break though on the senior level. Here is a pic of Julian Wagner.
