I wouldn't worry about Kupp's snaps because the Rams were using two TE sets to beat Plantation Pete. Kupp was very productive with the little action he saw. He's Goff's favourite target so I doubt he's going to be phased out of the offense any time soon.

Gerald Everett has been injured the past two games, which explains Higbee's rise to prominence, though you're right that they went tight end heavy. As for Kupp, so far I found this, but it doesn't contain a logical explanation for his demotion. Why not demote Josh Reynolds rather than Cooper??? Kupp only played 29% of the snaps, even less than Brandin Cooks.

Rams snap counts: Cooks and Kupp barely play vs. Seahawks

The Rams came out on Sunday night against the Seattle Seahawks and punched them square in the mouth. Seattle had no answer for Los Angeles’ offense and could do nothing against the Rams’ stout defense, which has allowed just one offensive touchdown in the last two games.

It was a statement victory for the Rams, who had only beaten one team above .500 prior to this week. It also kept them squarely in the playoff hunt, only one game behind the Vikings for the No. 6 seed in the NFC.

The Rams got it done in a different way Sunday night, though. Rather than featuring their three starting receivers heavily on offense, Sean McVay went with more of a heavy approach, utilizing his tight ends.

Here are the offensive snap counts, which gives a glimpse at how the Rams got it done.

What stands out most is the fact that Brandin Cooks only played 27 snaps and Cooper Kupp played just 20. Combined, their 47 snaps would’ve accounted for about two-thirds of the Rams’ plays. Cooks didn’t have a single catch and Kupp caught four for 45 yards and one touchdown.

Josh Reynolds played just one fewer snap than Kupp and Cooks combined, and while he didn’t have a reception, he carried it three times for 29 yards and was solid as a blocker. Robert Woods unsurprisingly played all but one snap on Sunday.

Tyler Higbee and Johnny Mundt were a big part of the game plan. Higbee caught seven passes for a career-high 116 yards, while Mundt was utilized more as a blocker and succeeded in that role.

Todd Gurley played 80% of the snaps with only Malcolm Brown spelling him, not Darrell Henderson. Brown subbed in for the 14 plays that Gurley missed, carrying it five times for 21 yards and a touchdown.

Guys, can we please concentrate on cheering on White players rather than endless attacks on black QBs
I agree that we should focus the majority on our time on showcasing white athletes and their accomplishments considering that the media won't. But we're also the only ones who point out the endless foibles by the upside-laden future-of-the-NFL dynamic horizontal-game passers. Besides, it's a way to amuse oneself in the face of the endless promotion by the usual suspects.

Eli Manning is back behind center tonight versus the Carson Wentz-led Eagles. At 5-7 the Eagles can pull into a first place(!) tie with the Dakllas Cowboys. Sadly, the Giants are out of the race. Well, maybe not. Hmmm, if the Giants win out, the Cowboys lose out, and the Eagles lose two of their last three games then the Giants can claim a share of the title at 6-10!! Well, a quick glance at tie-breakers would give the Cowboys the division based on their current 4-0 division record. Oh well.

Anyway, from a caste-watching perspective there is just Wentz and his tight end pass catchers to watch, while on the Giants it's Manning and maybe a TE off the bench Defensively, the Eagles start Nathan Gerry at LB and have DE Joe Ostman and LB Alex Singleton on the bench. The Giants just have David Mayo starting at LB, the lone paleface on the entire defense. Looks like an early bed night for me! Good thing since I have to be on the road early tomorrow.

I’ll be rooting for a big game for Wentz and Ertz. It’s really maddening that Ertz has far less targets this year, seemingly because of complaints from people who frankly should shut their F’ing mouths. The Eagles season is on the line, so Wentz should pepper his White TE duo with as many targets as he needs to secure the win.

Toxic Alshon Jeffery was injured. Ertz has had a few big plays. They need to get Goedert involved in the game. The Eagles need to run the table - I would love to see them get in over the Cowboys.

"Tess" and "Booger" seem to get worse with each passing game. Booger blames the Eagles' defensive coordinator for the wretched coverage of the Philly d-backs. Right after that Tess breathlessly exclaims, "That's five completions in a row for Eli!!" as if he was closing in on an all-time record. I may not make it to halftime, terribly played game with amateur hour announcers.

Jeffery's a bum. The Eagles have now lost all their receivers, with a couple scrubs playing alongside Ertz and Goedert. Goedert looks to be mainly blocking because the o-line is so bad. I feel sorry for Wentz.

Edit: And now Lane Johnson, who is an excellent tackle, looks to have a serious injury.

I tweeted to the Eagles that Jeff Janis was available back in October - big fast receiver who can take the top off a defense. They didn't take my advice lol.

And now Booger is blaming Wentz for "not seeing" all those scrub receivers who he claims are open. What a racist idiot. Ertz may end up with 20 catches in this game.

With LB Nate Gerry now entrenched and making plays and the best TE duo in football plus all that rancid booing of Wentz you can't help but root for the Eagles here. And Booger just misdiagnosed their problems. As detailed here at length the Eagles WR core is slow and clumsy and now they are relying on back ups. And their all black secondary fits into the modern day trend of being somewhere between horrid and miserable. They have a terrific offensive line but if they lose athletic Lane Johnson that would be a big blow.

Eagles S and CB watch Giants WR Slayton split them like pea soup. Booger says they have talent though. I am so sick of watching black defensive backs destroy the game of football.

Even Gerry is being screwed around with. He had a four game stretch where he played between 98 and 100 percent of snaps. But Weeks 12 and 13 he played just 54% of snaps, likely because he committed the capital crime when you're a White defender of missing a tackle in Week 11, per the article we posted last week. A hideous, unforgivable mistake which may well be headed to Broadway as a play: "Don't miss the new hit musical 'Nate Gerry Missed a Tackle.'"

Good to see Eli playing well against an obviously broken team. And you can't beat hearing a Philly crowd in full boo mode.

Booger thinks that just because he sees a receiver open for a second from his perch in the booth way above field level, the quarterback also sees it, there's nothing obstructing his view and there's insufficient pressure so that he should automatically throw the ball to that receiver. His readiness to blame Wentz for the catastrophe the Philly offense has become with no NFL quality wide receivers playing in this game is astoundingly ignorant, even for him.

Is someone monitoring my posts? First I pointed out how Booger blamed the Philly defensive coordinator for the horrible coverage of the d-backs. Shortly after, Booger modified that statement by criticizing the d-backs and saying it wasn't Jim Schwartz's fault how poorly they are playing.

Then when I pointed out how he was picking on Wentz unfairly, he just now noted how limited the Eagles are at receiver and Wentz shouldn't get all the blame. Not to get all bigunreal and stuff lol. . .

Monitoring your posts? I wouldn't rule it out. CF football analysis in total is as accurate or more so than main stream outlets. Too bad GMs don't seem to take our advice.

Lol. Yea the Eagles roster is a pretty big damned joke. Roseman undermined Kelly who went 26-21 during his tenure in Philly while whitening the roster. Now when people mention the Chip Kelly era in Philly it's like it was some sort of terrible era. Roseman is a typical yid scumbag.

Two crucial points. Eagles have to realize their season is on the line here. More importantly though if they come back and win they will stick it up the asses of their butthole booing fan base.

Boston Scott is listed at 5' 7". He looks about 4' 9" on TV. But you can bet he won't be called "diminutive" by the media like Danny Woodhead constantly was.

Eagles WR drops a perfect TD pass. Booger states it would of been a tough catch. It hit the WR in the hands.
