With former 1st round mega-bush, WR LaQuan Treadwell, surely to be cut before Week #1, various experts are predicting that based on the official depth chart and obeservations at training camp, the Vikings will likely keep FOUR (4) white WR's on their opening day roster and have 20 whites on their roster in total. If this occurs, they'll surely be a Caste Football favorite to hoist the Lombari Trophy!

QB - Cousins, Mannion, Sloter
WR - Thielen, Beebe, Taylor, Zylstra
TE - Rudolph, Conklin
OL - Reiff, Elflein, Bradbury, Kline, O'Neill, Norton, Samia*
DE - None**
LB - Gedeon
S - Smith
P - Wile
LS - Cutting

*As discussed in the Draft Thread, Dru Samia is part Polynesian, but DWF's will surely consider him a white player having dark-features...

*At DE, Karter Schult has an outside chance to make the roster as a reserve, but I predict he makes the PS.

Zylstra and Beebe:

Jordan Taylor:

Adam Thielen:

One injury to Stefon Diggs and the Vikings WR corps would look like the Patriots during their Superbowl 51 victory over Atlanta.

The team just traded for a black kicker (who can also punt), so Dan Bailey will surely be cut/traded/released in the near future.

I’d expect 5th round draft pick, ILB Cameron Smith, to make the 53 man roster as well.

True, however, he’s currently buried on the depth chart. He could make the team as a core special teamer this season and give the Vikings another white defender aside from Harrison Smith.

I’m really excited to see if Minnesota really ends up keeping 4 white WR’s on the opening day roster. I don’t believe it’s happened in at least 30 years. Obviously, the Pats have had 3 several times, but never 4. The mid-90’s Broncos had 3 at times as well. It would be really cool to see it happen in 2019!

WR LaQuan Treadwell’s days appear numbered in Minnesota, as the Vikings are looking to trade the swarthy bust. Great news for the four white WR’s on the roster.

Finally some good news. It's been a crazy week for me but this makes me happy. I'm loving the direction this team is moving in. It only Zach Zenner or Ryan Nall was here. It would be even
better than that Patriots or at least equal. This is this boards new favorite team. I've always loved the color purple too. Might have to get some team gear. Let's go Vikings!

I have seen no news suggesting that Cameron Smith's roster spot is in jeopardy. Greer Martini on the other hand probably has a slim chance of making the team though.

It's difficult to say who the Vikings will keep at WR. My thoughts:

-Thielen and Diggs, possibly the best duo in the NFL, are locks.

-Chad Beebe appears to have won the #3 job. His spot is safe.

-Brandon Zylstra was injured early in training camp, but has been great in the pre-season. I think he makes it, too...

-Jordan Taylor hasn't shown much in the preseason, but at 6' 5", he's their only receiver over 6' 2". I didn't see him playing special teams, which also doesn't bode well for a backup WR. He could be cut in favor of black scrubs such as Jeff Badet or Olabisi Johnson.

If four (4) white WR's end up making the team, it would be a nice victory for our cause, especially since Thielen and Beebe (both undrafted, white free agent WR) should be on the field together plenty this season.

I see Dropwell drop enough passes in a single game to get 6 white men waived and banned for life from the NFL.

The Vikings cut backup center, Brett Jones, to make room for super-mega-bust, WR Josh Doctson. Hopefully this scrub will not take any PT away from Beebe.

They are now down to 18 whites.
