Subasic went down injured in extra time against Russia. If he was still not 100% you'd think they'd have put in a different goalie.

BTW I'm watching TV5 Monde right now. All the crowd scenes from Paris are filled with a mixture of white and black. I haven't noticed many Arab-looking people. Maybe they weren't supporting this particular French side.

Endsieg thanks but farewell? The Premier league starts in less than a month and I look forward to your commentary.

Tough to take since France started off with not one but two cheap ass goals. Croatia showed a lot of grit but had too many goals to make up. They did outplay France but once again as they have throughout the tournament France took advantage of the chances.

Ever since their first greasy win against an inferior Australia France has skidded through on a grease slick apart from the Argentina game where they actually had to score real goals.

Hell against Belgium they won on a damn penalty kick and then went into a shell. My point is not the most inspiring team and quite frankly this was not a vintage World Cup loaded with ace squads. The aging Ronaldo and Messi couldn't push their tired teams through nor could old looking Spain or underachieving Brazil and Germany.

But the ******** won it and there is nothing we can do about it. We can only hope they don't shove this caste squad and their young hero Mbappe so far up our asses we won't be able to function. There is something in particular I don't like about this French squad--(hated the 1998 team too). Insane to blurt this but I might have been able to absorb a Nigeria win instead of France because in Nigeria there are nothing but blacks to choose from. France is in full caste mode and sidelines a lot of whites which will likely continue full boar since they won.

That said Griezmann, who won the bronze best player of the tournament (the tireless MF Luka Modric won the Golden Ball) was the best French player out there today. Even their famed Kante got spun around like a top on the beautiful Perisic equalizer.

I will finish up with the Belgium England match from yesterday. Probably one of the first media outlets to point out England was playing patsies (JL here at caste) it was no surprise that England looked like a shabby mess against superior teams like Croatia and Belgium. All this false cheer which was tied to their young black players turned out to be a bunch of hype. Team chemistry was missing and overall they had the attention span of a flea.

World class star De Bruyne made a big imprint as the coach took the Philosopher's advice and had him push forward instead of being caught up in no man's land. He handed Lukaku a dish a baby could have put in but alas Lukaka muffed it. In fact Lukaka got worse as the tournament wore on.

I will finish with a word about Eden Hazard who won the Silver Boot here as the second best player at the World Cup.

With Messi disappearing for the most part and Ronaldo after a fast start evaporating and Neymar who showed some flashes but was overall pretty good but not great (his baby antics were annoying) to me the best soccer player in the entire world is Hazard!!

With his Captain's arm band leading a Belgium squad known as the golden generation they just missed reaching the finals but at the center of it all he lead which in my mind was the most exciting team at the World Cup. Hazard put on a show yesterday as he has for most of this World Cup.. With his breathtaking runs and phenomenal dribbling his agility, speed, quickness and strength were all on display. A multi- faceted player he can dish it or take care of it himself as he did in on another brilliant set up from De Bruyne in the 82nd minute to seal the victory over England. It was only fitting that Captain Hazard sealed the deal.

The sad news is Hazard may exit Chelsea and head for Real Madrid. This is a downer because of exposure . The Premier League is televised every weekend here in the states. I hope he stays with Chelsea so I can watch him play. I just wish he was a few years younger because he will be 31 the next World Cup but look for Belgium to get revenge on France the next Euro Cup in 2020. Their speedy explosive counter attack is something to behold.

Plain and simple. Hazard despite being only 5'8" is a scintillating talent. Even though he was a defender Italy star Fabio Cannavaro from the 2006 World Cup was small too being only 5'7" but he was an otherworldly talent. That is the beauty of soccer. You don't have to be big to be a star.

Below is Hazard goal against England. Patience always required for loading.

Didn't watch a second of the WC, the social construct they use to create teams like France makes it a joke. FTR I hope some Arab oil satrapy buys a WC winning team for 2022.

Whites only make up 10% of the globe and yet they practically swept all the awards in the World Cup tournament. The best defender of the tournament (the Belgium defender), the highest scorer (Kane of England) and the best player of the final game (Luka of Croatia) were all awarded to white European players. Mind you, soccer is basically supposed to be the only real sport that is played by nearly everyone.

Mate,I'm a britbong too so I know how depressing life can be as one,but please don't quit!

This forum was really stagnant for the last year and a half or so,but we've regrouped for this WC so let us try to keep track of the big games.

Subasic went down injured in extra time against Russia. If he was still not 100% you'd think they'd have put in a different goalie.

I've never seen a goalkeeper put in so little effort in a WC knockout game. There's gotta be something we don't know.He should be saving both Pogba's and Mbappe's goals and he didn't even dive for either!

That said Griezmann, who won the bronze best player of the tournament was the best French player out there today.

No,as too many points docked for the dive. And France were abysmal today, white and non-white alike.Giroud won his fair share of headers but did little else,Mbappe was simply invisible in the first half and the only player who caught my eye was Hernandez and he was average as well.

The whole attack was in a shell for most of the game, till France went 2 goals ahead after which Croatia had no choice but to leave gaps in behind.Outside of set-pieces I'm struggling to think of one genuine chance they created in the first half.Even in the second half, there was nothing except one Mbappe run, till Pogba's goal opened the floodgates.

Hate to say it but maybe Varane is a good shout for MOTM,if you too disqualify Griezmann like me.

World class star De Bruyne made a big imprint as the coach took the Philosopher's advice and had him push forward instead of being caught up in no man's land.

You're American so it may look like I'm good tactically, but trust me what I say is obvious to most awake European soccer fans.

The sad news is Hazard may exit Chelsea and head for Real Madrid. This is a downer because of exposure .

The bright side is that he seems to be on course to replace none other Ronaldo, who is already a footballing legend, and he will probably win 3-4 more Champions League titles before he retries, the way things are going. But who knows, maybe Real will drop off in quality once their talisman is gone.

And I still think De Bruyne>Hazard.Granted, they're totally different players, but if I had to pick one,it would be De Bruyne.

And thanks to Freethinker for the excellent meme!

What a great run for Croatia. They did us all proud throughout the World Cup. Unfortunately, "France" winning is about the worst thing that could've happened.

They were gifted their first goal, and got lucky on the second goal. They had their two goals from 1 shot in the first half. Of course the biased officiating favors a non-white team... again.

I agree with Freethinker. When Lloris is done, France is done. Look at their team, who makes the team go? Lloris, Griezmann, and Giroud. When Giroud came in for the 2nd match, that's when "France" started clicking. Kante is a good black DM that is part of that group as well. Lloris has advanced "France" through this whole tournament. France only had one other actual Frenchman on the bench to sub in. They better enjoy this one, because they won't be getting another very soon. They better enjoy this. There won't be any DWFs left to "cheer on" this abomination of a country within 30-40 years.

France winning is a horrid outcome, but is it really any worse then if England, Belgium, or Switzerland had won? They are all historic white nations whose national teams are very non-white and used as multicultural weaponized propaganda by the (((globalists)) against the native populations and all of white Western civilization. Yet all these teams with the possible exception of Switzerland are carried by their white players while most of the non-white players are dead weight, just like blacks and Mooslims are dead weight in any white country, company, organization, etc.

Croatia did us proud!

Countries like Germany, Spain and Argentina did not.

How about Italy? They didn't even make it!

Though Italy is the best Western European nation right now as far as a populist, nationalist government defending their native people against foreign invaders, and that is 100 times more important than sports.

Definitely.France's stars are the young affletes Pogba,Kante,Varane and Mbappe with passing mentions for Griezmann and Lloris.England's talisman is Kane with Henderson and Stones being their next most important players.Belgium star players are Hazard,De Bruyne and Lukaku.Switzerland doesn't even belong in this group.

So yes,France winning is worse.

Kane, Stones, and Henderson are England's best players, but if England had won it all we would be hearing endlessly of Sterling, Loftus-Cheek, Delph, etc. and how England's non-white players represent all that's good about the "new face" of Britain. Saddiq Khan would have awarded the key to Londonistan to one of England's non-white players.

If Belgium had won, we'd have been barraged endlessly about Lukaku and the other non-white players and diversity, etc. even though Hazard, De Bruyne and Courtois are Belgium's best players.

I mentioned Switzerland not because they are in the same class as the other three but because it is a European team in this WC that has alot of non-Swiss players.

But it would be the same thing if England or Belgium had won. It would have sucked just as much or close to as much as it sucks for "France" to win it.

I think we are in violent agreement that France winning it all really sucks.

At least German Kerber kept Brutus Williams from another Grand Slam. We can't win them all. Germany's win in 2014 was epic. 4 years later is a long time. Just got to hope for the best.

You beat me to it! I just said the same thing on the 2018 Wimbledon thread.

We are in a Long War and though this is a bitter pill to swallow, the momentum is certainly with us.

Yes, Italy would definitely be a disappointment but I was more thinking about the teams in the tournament.

Italy needs to regroup and become a force again in time for the next Euro Cup. However, if they feature that negro buffoon Balotelli like they did in a recent friendly, then you can count on a mediocre squad at best.

Endsieg has not put away his cleats despite the rumors. Ha. Good to hear.

As anticipated the media especially ESPN is trying to funnel everything around Mbappe. It will get sickening but that is the cost of following sports.

Speaking of which there were two people notably absent from this World Cup. First was Messi. And second was caste member Rebaljo who made an early appearance and then took a fine time to go on holiday. Ha.
Actually he is another top rate soccer expert who I am sure we would all have enjoyed reading. Perhaps he could do a wrap up of what turned out to be a sorry mess of an ending. And perhaps give us a chuckle or two.

That said the soccer analysis here was very good and entertaining and I am kind of bummed the WC is over. And next time in four years by God Italy better be in it.

I am kind of bummed the WC is over.

I'm glad its over. The quality of football on display was horrible and in the knockouts,no team except Croatia and Belgium(thanks to Hazard,De Bruyne) really entertained me as they were the only ones attempting to play any sort of free flowing football.

As someone who had the misfortune of following French Football for a while,I can tell you that this is going to be the future of football.Goals due to errors,set-pieces and chaos in the box will become the norm and we will be told to enjoy it.

This tournament was really horrible, and even some of the White teams(looking at you Sweden) played "functional football".

So I can't help but feel that both Germany,Spain really under-performed as this WC was for the taking. No player is either of those squads other than Isco and Brandt can hold their head up high, such was their inefficiency.

This brings me to coaches.

Argentina were hard done by having a clown(who is apparently too expensive to fire) managing affairs. But let's not kid ourselfves, they have been having these structural issues since a decade at least,as they always have too many world class attackers backed up by an inadequate midfield and a kamikaze defender, with a crazy goalkeeper with a penchant for absolute howlers to top it all up.

Stellar individual performances by Masceranho,Messi and Aguero almost saw them overcome this major handicap and it is really shameful that they haven't really found a single coach who can get a working system out of the rather rich,if top heavy, talent pool.

Spain and Germany as mentioned earlier really under-performed,but their coaches should get the sack without question.I'm shocked Loew still has a job. What will it take for him to get fired? And why does Spain which produces outstanding young coaches like Benitez,Guadiola,Vilanova:llorona:,Unai Emery etc always have senile old fools to lead their NT?I've found this to be the case ever since the time of Aragones, who had the audacity to play Marcos Senna as a regular(Torres had to work overtime to make up for that).

Del Bosque got the best collection of players ever assembled in modern football and he just let them do their thing, but we all saw how that turned out in 2014.

Italy's coaches are better ignored, and now they have one who will build the team around Balotelli:bash:.Brazil too has incompetent coaches since the time of Dunga, all of whom are said to concentrate on the team' defense only to mysteriously get knocked out after a right spanking.

I can't remember the last time England had a coach who wasn't a ni**er lover.Sven-Goran Eriksson (who took Walcott to a WC at 16!),Fabio Capello's reign just boring,Hodgon's was most famous for some speech at some Holocaust memorial or something,Allardyce's was entertaining if ultimately a waste of time and Southgate has given us the blackest English squad yet,but I'm sure he'll hang on for having led England to such memorable wins over footballing powerhouses such as Panama,Tunisia,Colombia(on penalties) and Sweden.

France's had the luckiest WC in recent memory and their coach must be lambasted for having their team with their backs against the wall for a vast majority of the time in the WC final.

Belgium could have done a lot better if they had anyone but Roberto Martinez, the footballing manager charlatan personified, leading their NT.But now that he's achieved Belgium's highest ever WC finish,I expect him to prosper even more,as he has already done well so far despite getting Wigan to avoid relegation for three consecutive seasons(two on the last day?) begin his claim to fame, until recently.

With Club Football's increasing prominence, the blackening of teams worldwide, the apathy of the top coaches towards International football and the increasing globalized nature of the sport, things will be very bad once the German,Spanish teams get blackened.

Two of the world's most respected coaches in Mourinho and Wenger have openly come out to oppose the decision to give the penalty to France:

Mourinho:After such penalty I don't think this is my kind of sport. I support VAR but only when they check obvious and blatant violations. But in this case it wasn't obvious. How could Perisic jump and keep his arms close to him? How could he react with a french player being one meter away from him?

Arsene Wenger about the World Cup final France 2nd goal: I don't think it is a penalty.

Even Howard Webb disagreed with that call on North american television.

I miss all the tension and the excitement but you are dead on-- the overall play as you describe it was historically atrocious capped off by a start and sputter ending with France greasing out another awkward victory. Free flowing "football" was hard to come buy. I would describe the general type of soccer we witnessed as sputtering constipation.

Still there were a few good memories like watching Croatia eliminate overhyped England. Watching Germany play fantastic soccer in their second half versus Sweden making be mistakenly believe that they finally "woke up."

Messi finally scoring and Argentina slipping into the next round by a hair. And momentarily feeling good when they took a 2-1 lead over dreaded France. I never want to lay eyes on their cartoon coach ever again.

Anytime Brazil gets bounced it is a good day.

And for me the most entertaining team Belgium and the dynamic duo of Hazard and De Bruyne who just missed reaching the final but managed to bury England for third place.

Bread, Circuses, and World Cup Soccer--Croatia's National Team Is Actually NATIONAL
JOHN DERBYSHIRE • JULY 15, 2018

1966won.jpg

If you pay any attention at all to non-political news, you know that the Soccer World Cup is being played in Russia. We just got through with the semifinals, and now know that the final, for the championship, will be played between France and Croatia this Sunday, July 15th, in Moscow.

The last semifinal game was played this Wednesday between England and Croatia. Croatia won the game, two goals to one. A couple of my acquaintances thought I must be in distress about this, being English by birth, and sought to console me.

I appreciate their kindness, but it’s misplaced. For one thing, I’m not English. I have the immigrant’s sentimental attachment to the Old Country, but in a very mild form. Since getting naturalized sixteen years ago I’m a happy and patriotic American, with no other national loyalties. I’m one of the 44 percent of Americans who’d be willing to fight for America, supposing my sorry old hide would be any use in a real fight.

If England got into a war I’d cheer them on, but wouldn’t do what David Niven did. Niven was a Hollywood star already in 1939; but the day after Britain declared war on Germany in September that year, he sailed for home and rejoined the British Army. Hewas still a British citizen, though. I’m an American.

For another thing, I have no interest in soccer. I actually dislike the game. I once wrote a column arguing for soccer to be banned from the U.S.A. by constitutional amendment.

My secondary school played rugby, not soccer. In England there is — or was, when I lived there — a clear class line between the two sports. Working-class boys played soccer; the middle classes preferred rugby. As the saying went: Soccer is a game for gentlemen played by hooligans, rugger is a game for hooligans played by gentlemen.

The class angle is different here in the States. When I wrote that anti-soccer column back in 2000, political pundits were all talking about soccer moms and the soccer mom vote. Middle- and upper-class American parents were encouraging their kids to play soccer, apparently because they thought it European, and therefore classy, like French wine, German cars, or British tailoring. Plainly these soccer moms had never met a European soccer fan.

Now, a couple of decades on from that, we don’t hear much about soccer moms. I have the vague impression soccer’s gone downmarket in American public consciousness, associated now more with Mexican busboys than with Beaujolais, BMWs, or Burberry raincoats.

Possibly mass immigration has cured the American middle classes of their infatuation with soccer. For me, as a patriot and soccer-hater, that’s nothing but good news. Even mass Third World immigration has an upside, I guess.

Now you may say: OK, Derb, but you must at least allow that soccer enthusiasm is a last refuge of masculinity. No doubt there are female soccer fans, but they’re a rare species, and probably lesbians.

Well, yes, but what kind of men are we talking about? My own prejudices aside, the real case against soccer, and against mass sporting enthusiasm in general, is the bread-and-circuses case. Events like the World Cup are spectacles designed to distract our attention while ruling elites pick our pockets.

The vlogger who calls himself Black Pigeon had a good piece on this theme the other day. He raises the case of the disturbances in London last fall, when thousands of supporters of the German soccer team from Cologne demonstrated angrily in the streets of London. Cologne was playing Arsenal, a London team, and the Cologne supporters didn’t think they’d been allocated enough tickets. They shut down traffic in central London.

Where, Black Pigeon asks pointedly, were these bold lads from Cologne when the women of that city were being molested by gangs of Muslim invaders at New Year’s 2016? There was some grumbling about those attacks when news of them finally leaked out, and a few half-hearted demonstrations by twenty or thirty people — who were promptly arrested by the German authorities, of course — but nothing like the fired-up mob of thousands of soccer fans who shut down London last September over an issue of seating arrangements.

The ruling elites of Europe are wonderfully skilled at directing the natural tribal emotions of young European men awayfrom their proper outlet — the defense of their homelands against invading foreigners — and towards the bread and circuses of pseudo-nationalist extravaganzas like the World Cup.

As if to rub in how phony it all is, the big European countries field teams hired in from the Third World.

The team that won the 1966 World Cup for England was entirely English. Not even British, but actually English; if memory serves, every one of them was born in England, although the right back had a Jewish great-grandfather.

Compare this year’s French team: Steven Nzonzi, Samuel Umtiti, Ousmane Dembele, Kylian Mbappe, … I turned a couple of shades darker just reading the names.

So that’s today’s young European guy: Cowering fearfully at home while mobs of foreigners rule the streets, torching cars and molesting women; then turning out fired up with pseudo-tribal passion to watch hired-in teams of those same foreigners kick a ball around for ninety minutes.

Having gotten all that sourness off my chest, I’d like to add a friendly word for the Croatian team that beat England on Wednesday. Well done, guys!

Thirty years ago there wasn’t any such country as Croatia; it was part of the old Yugoslavia. Now here they are, a nation of four million people, humbling England, population 56 million — not to mention Nigeria with 186 million, Brazil with 209 million, India with 1.3 billion, and China with 1.4 billion.

And so far as I can judge from the faces, and the sheer number of diacritical marks used to spell their names, they are all Croatian!

Tell you what: This weekend I’m going to suspend my disdain for soccer as best I can and root for Croatia in Sunday’s final. I may even stay awake through the whole game if it means watching Mandžukić, Perišić, Kalinić, and Kramarić beat Nzonzi, Umtiti, Dembele, and Mbappe.

“France” won the World Cup (aka Cantina Cup).

“France” has a beautiful countryside.

Paris is in “France”.

“France” has a rising crime rate.

At what level of Diversity do White countries require qualifier quotation marks?

“France” imported scabs, ringers, and mercenaries to win them a World Cup. The “US” imports them to win fatter paychecks for oligarchs and elections for Democrats.

Your White country, too, can experience a culture changed “for the better” for the low, low price of the annihilation of its heritage. Isn’t a trophy in the Flop League worth it?

Inner Hajnal White nations are committing full spectrum cuckoldry, in both the metaphorical racial sense and the literal gynarcho-tyranny sense.

About 20 years ago the French health service had every hospital in the country get DNA from all new babies and parents.

The study revealed that 10 percent of the fathers named as fathers were not the biological fathers of the babies.

That’s higher than the 1-3% cuckoldry rates I’ve read at dissident blogs. Anyone have a link to that study?

Mesut Ozil said Sunday he was quitting the German national football team, citing "racism" in the criticism of him in the side's World Cup debacle.

"It is with a heavy heart and after much consideration that because of recent events, I will no longer be playing for Germany at international level whilst I have this feeling of racism and disrespect," he tweeted.

He didn't do much in recent years. No great loss.
