Master
Quick note for Marybeth Sant, she ran 11.60 100m +2.4 wind at the Mines Natures Bakery Invite in Colorado, she has run 7.43 60m indoor as well this year, not blistering times for this girl but it good to see her back competing.
Mens 100: some interesting sprinters running here in Australia tomorrow night. I hope conditions are great for them
Aaron Brown
Adam Gemili
Brendon Rodney
Gavin Smellie
Harry Akines-Aryeety
Joseph Millar
Josh Clarke
Julian Forte
Leon Reid
Nethaneel Mitchell-Blake
Richard Kilty
Rohan Browning
Sam Effah
Sean Sefo-Antwi
Yohan Blake
No Trae Williams, intriguingly ... in his home state too
All three Australian sprinters ran great. I was especially proud of Rohan Browning. The future is bright
mate. I have no doubt that Australia Track & Field is on the way up sprinting wise. At least on the mens side.
Melissa Breen as usual underachieved. They need to find some female sprinters that compete like Pearson
does.
As far as Gemeli goes, I agree if he isn't hurt a silver or bronze should be obtainable. Good luck to him.
I think the scientists have cracked the code of the designer PED protocol that the magical Yamaicans were taking. It's back to flat 10's and also ran status at major meets for most of the Yamaicans.....maybe his PEDS hadn't kicked in as well as he had hoped, both SA's look like users as well. Too bad about Gemili, he seems to be injured quite often.
congrats to the Aussie HJ Brandon Starc Commonwealth Games gold medal 2.32m and Kathryn Mitchell Gold in Javelin 68.92m for a new Aussie record! Fingers crossed for Canadian 400m hurdler Sage Watson as she has made the 400mh finals.
On a really bizarre note a Jamaican woman won the womens 3000m steeplechase beating a Kenyan on the final corner...whats next for the land of PEDS?

Nothing worse than clicking on an athlete's iaaf link and seeing no picture! Here is Miss Mucci:https://www.iaaf.org/athletes/australia/celeste-mucci-295507
here's a heads up. Celeste Mucci is doing heptathlon so lots of chances to see her today. She's young yet at 18 but shows a very competitive spirit and is very talented.
