Denver ILB Brandon Marshall missed practice yesterday and today and if he doesn't play Sunday, rookie Josey Jewell should get the start in his place.

Jewell played 13 snaps last week and recorded 3 tackles. Most expect him to replace Todd Davis and his at best journeyman level talent at some point, but if Marshall can't go that'll work too. Jewell's been nothing but eye-opening for the Denver media and DWFs since mini-camp and has a good shot at being this year's "Chris Borland type" if he gets the opportunity.
 
I am hoping the Browns remain winless this week. Perhaps clueless Hue will finally feel some heat.
 
Wow, Darnold and some White o-linemen, otherwise Black Ball at its most boring and incompetent so far. . . If Clueless Hue doesn't win this one, he may never win his second game before he's finally fired.
 
I'm interested to see how Darnold does. The Browns have a good defense that blitzes a lot. Darnold looks like a future franchise quarterback but he's still a rookie...
 
Tyrod Taylor has started off 1 for 7. In his first game he was 15 for 40.

Bring in Mayfield! He's a better player!

Good to see Idler Arm Taylor struggling so far. Hopefully this means we'll see Mayfield soon.

I have said Clueless is gone after 4 losses starting this season. If he loses tonight, it may happen a game sooner.
 
I see here that Tyrod completed his second pass, for a whopping 0 yards! Improved that completion percentage from 1/7 to 2/11!
 
I don't have the game on TV. I'm following on the box score. How does Darnold look?
 
Most boring game ever? Nah, there's a number of them every week.

Earlier there was a pan of the Cleveland bench, and it struck me as the exact opposite of a typical NFL squad of the 1950s and 1960s up to about 1966 -- overwhelmingly black with a tiny sprinkling of Whites. This is what the NFL wants and this is what they have. The replacement of Whites is what the power structure wants, and they must be smirking watching pathetic DWFs like those of the Browns. The definition of masochism should show a picture of White Cleveland Browns fans, 20 years of rooting for a bottom feeding franchise, an organization which is the anti-New England Patriots.

Mayfield showed more on that one drive than Idler Arm has this entire season.
 
Mayfield 2 throws > Tyrod's entire first half (4/14, 19 yards)

and Browns' kicker having some rugby skill too, although the kickoff was a mistake. :D
 
I'm actually excited about Darnold and Mayfield. That's two white men who will be prominent in the NFL for years to come. The powers that be want all white quarterbacks replaced with blacks and it's not going to happen. I'm excited about Trubisky too.
 
Sam Darnold has barely turned 21. He's the rare White exception who has been treated like a black player at any position. White NFL players almost always have to serve a racial apprenticeship, though it can be waived for quarterbacks, offensive linemen, tight ends and rarely for a linebacker. Darnold came out early, but not out of arrogance as he was brought up well and seems grounded. The team he's on has been woeful for seemingly forever, but he will be a success if he's surrounded by the right pieces, always a huge problem with NYJ and their "conservative" Republican owner.
