Players don't negotiate their contracts. Agents do. It's a rule among agents that you go where the most money is. That drives up the prices and so the next signing for the agent can be even bigger. It's rare where a player will overrule his agent and try to sign in a better situation for more money. Probably Jordy trusts his agent and relies on him to make those decisions. As for signing with a more white friendly team then the Raiders? Where's that team at? New England and then nobody else. And New England is the biggest cheapskate of them all. Might be why they sign so many white players. Nelson's best situation was to stay in Green Bay but you have to go elsewhere to get a raise. So....
