After one game the Rams are the class of the NFC West. Goff is looking great and comfortable. Gurley is the best RB in the NFL, especially running behind that white O-line. Cupp is clutch and has developed that relationship with Goff, ala Brady and Admendola, etc

With TE Luke Willson not being used whatsoever, the only reason to care about this team is because of their rare all-white OL and Stafford.

I've never been impressed with this slob, even back in his NE days as defensive coordinator. Since Belichick is the supposed defensive mastermind, I'm not sure what Patricia even did over there.

And yes, the Belichick coaching tree is littered with some remarkable stories of failure, a bit of a surprise considering they all come from a program with an incredible track record of success. Romeo Crennel, Charlie Weiss, Josh McDaniel, Eric Mangini, Bill O'Brien (will be done after this year) and the train wreck in motion Fat Matt, who may not even last the season. His players are already complaining about too many rules and too much work during training camp, imagine that.

And what they all have in common is that instead of following the NE script of giving white players (especially on offense) a chance, they all went full caste and paid the price. The one exception is Eric Mangini, who is now permanently blacklisted from the NFL because he had the nerves to make a white man his featured RB in Cleveland.

I guess that's what happens when you go off script in the all powerful NFL and if I may venture a little bit into the world of "bigunrealitis", maybe that's what's keeping Ron Rivera in CAR from fully unleashing Christian McCaffrey. Can't possibly have a white RB make all the African defenses look foolish and mess with the narrative of this corrupt league.

Harrison Smith named NFC Defensive Player of the Week, and T. J. Watt named AFC Defensive Player of the Week. But don't expect any follow-up media investigations on why there are so few White defensive players in the NFL.
