So if a white QB does not have great arm strength it is an issue. But when a black QB does not have it the weenieworld experts will spin it to make it seem like it is not a big deal.

This mark tied with USF's Quinton Flowers for the slowest fastball among quarterbacks throwing in Indianapolis. While Jackson's velocity was not ideal, it shouldn't be considered crippling. Deshaun Watson, for instance, also managed just 49 MPH for his fastest combine throw a year ago. Arm strength is not the be-all, end-all of being an NFL quarterback, though it certainly doesn't hurt.
