The Central Florida Knights have started 10,10,13,12,7,5,3,4,4,4,6 and 6 white starters since 2006. They are projected to start 8 this year. After a terrific turn around of the program Scott Frost is gone and Josh Heupel is in. Heupel has never been a head coach so it remains to be seen what kind of players he will recruit. Athletic QB McKenzie Milton is the star here. He led the team to an undefeated season and put up really good numbers. If he does the same again he could be a Heisman contender. Pat Jaskinski is the guy to watch on defense. He led the team in tackles last season and is a really good player who should get a shot at the league.

Offense
QB-McKenzie Milton
TE-Jake Hescock
LT- Trevor Elbert
LG- Tyler Hudanick
RG-Parker Boudreaux
RT- Wyatt Miller

Defense
DT- Joey Connors
LB- Pat Jasinski

Some notable back ups include OL Boman Swanson, OL Luke Palmer, OL Cole Schneider, WR Alex Harris, and DL Mason Cholewa.

A woman I work with went to Central Florida and has been talking them up. They are undefeated and playing LSU in the Fiesta Bowl on December 21. If they are still starting 8 whites, plus a top QB, they will be worth supporting.

They lost Milton to a bad leg injury. From what it sounds like his 2019 season is currently in question (although its too early to tell). They have a black quarterback backing him up.

The black quarterback taking his place in the Fiesta bowl is a big dissappointment. I will still watch the game, but its alot less compelling now.
