Since 2006, West Virginia has started 11, 9, 10, 9, 7, 7, 4, 9, 6, 6 and 7 Whites. This year they will start 9. In a very white state, scanning over this depth chart it was a pleasant surprise to see a slight uptick in homegrown white talent than I've traditionally seen with WVU. Good amount of depth on offense. Two players to watch are both former big time prep QB recruits. Will Grier will get the green light to start after having sat a year following a PED suspension and transfer from Florida. David Sills, who was a big time story in 2010 when he verbally committed to USC as a 7th grader, returns, but this as a starting WR. Sills was moved to this position by WVU several years ago, left to the JC levels to play QB, then proceeded to return to Morgantown as a WR.
