Pagano fired - he was 53-43 as a head coach. Alot of the Colts issues were with their incompetent former GM Ryan Grigson and his terrible drafts as well as Luck being injured. A similar situation to the incompetent Browns organization who made some bad personnel decisions yet Hue Jackson is 1-31 and still has a job.

Patriots didn't look like Patriots today even though they won. Brady had very few white targets. Was Bellechick letting the blacks on offense take the hits for the last game? Brady thinking the same?

If they look like that come playoffs what is the sense of favoring them?

So, summing up:

The white man has a 53-43 record and is fired.
The black man has a 1-31 record and keeps his job.

Another example of how white privilege doesn't exist but black privilege does.
