What a contrast between Goff and Prescott last season vs. this season. The former found his wings and began to soar, while the latter came crashing down to earth. Hard.

Thanks in no small part to Prescott's ineptitude, his black quarterback counterpart Wilson was able to get a victory despite passing for an astounding 93 yards, and improve the vile, odious Seahawks' chances of sneaking into the playoffs yet again.

After getting four catches for 65 yards today, Cooper Kupp has 869 yards heading into the final game of the season. He needs 131 yards next week to get to 1,000. He has had two 100 yard games on the season, one for 116 yards and one for 118. So it is highly unlikely but not impossible.

Cooper has had an excellent rookie season. He's shown enough that we should expect a long and productive career. He was drafted by the right team at the right time as he'll continue to prosper with Jared Goff and Sean McVay, who at the age of 31 is already one of the best head coaches in the league.

Bronco's LB, Brandon Marshall, is much impressed with Kirk Cousins:

“Cousins is dope,'' Marshall said. "It’s funny, I played in a flag football game with him this offseason. At Houston, the Super Bowl (week). It was a celebrity flag football game. I was playing receiver on his team and the way he commanded the huddle .. This was flag football, and it was just supposed to be for fun. He was commanding and he was killing it. I’m like, this dude is nuts. He’s good. He’s the real deal.’’

Last week we saw what a good team with a competent QB can do against Pete's plantation, the Rams destroyed them. This week was the opposite. Prescott is highly overrated and along with low IQ prima-donna Dez Bryant, these two affletes combined for 3 TOs, which gave the odious Blackhawks life and still a chance to make the playoffs. I hope Atlanta can win at home next week.

DAL defense, led by Sean Lee was making Wilson look silly for much of the game. The Cowboys were also able to run the ball at will, but due to Prescott's incompetence kept settling for FGs. Then Bryant fumbles which led to the first Blackhawk TD, followed by a Prescott pick-6, followed by another drive killing INT, and it was too much to overcome, despite what Troy Aikman correctly called "one of the worst offensive performances he'd ever seen" by the plantation.

This despicable team is like the Williams sisters, they just won't go away.

During the Panthers-Bucs game, Tampa Bay receiver Chris Godwin broke through for a 70-yard gain. Luke Kuechly brought him down with a touchdown-saving tackle at the 10-yard line. The Buccaneers were unable to punch it in and had to settle for a field goal. Carolina ended up winning 22-19.

Kuechly ran a 4.58 40-yard dash. He chased Godwin down all the way across the field. In addition to being a tackling machine and a football genius, Kuechly is fast.

Very perceptive Blanche, I noticed the same thing. an LB coming up from behind, say 50 yards to save a TD. I wanted to bring this up but got distracted by what a real player can do. Thanks for pointing it out.

Colin Jones also got there with his speed, running a parallel route behind the others, ready to make the tackle if Kuechly missed. All the black Panthers defenders either got blocked or simply got outrun.

I wouldn't mind seeing the Panthers in the Super Bowl. Kuechly, McCaffrey, Olsen, Jones, and Bersin all on the same team, with the first three legitimate candidates for Super Bowl MVP. Even Newton has become less annoying since his "innocent until proven guilty" remarks about Jerry Richardson.

Vikings are still my #1 team, though.

Dear all, I've just joined this site because I'm fed up with the pc fuelled thinking that is destroying this great game. I'm originally from the uk so I'm relatively new to this but the following is bleedingly obvious:
1. The college game is being dumbed down by a few egotistical coaches putting in athletic qb's who don't have 10 brain cells between them. Ultimately if the top schools continue to do this the NFL white qb feeder system will dry up and we'll see the same type of brainless play in the professional game. It is a tragedy that a thick idiot who can't pass gets to lead the Alabama programme for example
2. Given the best defensive players in the country are mainly white, why are pale faced players recruited in such small numbers overall?
3. Black players cannot catch- so why do they dominate team rosters in skill positions?
4. The Patriots over the last 20 years have been by far the most successful team in professional football. So why isn't the rest of the league following the obvious blueprint?
5. Ultimately if young white kids don't get to see their kind In the professional arena then the game will die. Surely the commissioner and the rest of the liberal establishment get that? If so why don't they do something about it

Merry Christmas to you all

Yesterday I watched about ten minutes of the NFL - the first I've watched all season - because I had a visitor who was interested in the Detroit Lions. Anyway, with their season on the line Detroit seemed to convert a long 3rd down pass with about 3.40 to go. The ruling on the field was that it was not a catch because it was bobbled or something. Watching it live it seemed like a good catch. After watching the replay there was disagreement between the commentators and the officiating expert back in the studio about whether it was legit or not. IOW it was just the kind of play that you challenge. Yet Jim Caldwell sent his punting team out immediately as if it never even occurred to him to challenge it. Let me repeat what I said earlier: Their season was on the line! They HAD to win or they were eliminated. There was no challenge and they lost! Seriously, they can't possibly be another coach in the NFL who would not have challenged that ruling on the field. It's not just dumb players making mistakes, it's dumb coaches as well.

I just turned on the last few minutes of the Pitt-Houston snooze-a-thon, long enough to hear the insufferably pompous Mike Tirico thanking the NFL Network's behind the scenes personnel -- cameramen, audio and video specialists, etc. There must have been close to a hundred people shown, about 90% of them White men and 10% White women. Not a single member of the Magical Race to be seen.

Shows how the system's fantasies and big lies work: extreme amounts of affirmative action as far as the athletes and on-air personnel who present the Caste System -- blacks as an athletic master race -- but when it comes to the "men behind the curtain" who make the technology work that makes the on-air fantasies so powerful and persuasive, good old Whitey does the heavy lifting.

Even though the Stealers got screwed with that no-touchdown call last week (on a White man, Jesse James), I don't feel sorry for them. Has any team jockeying for playoff seeding ever had such an easy final two games - the Texans with their third-string quarterback and the Browns? They're still the NFL's second-luckiest team, behind the Seahawks.

Merry Christmas and welcome. Your points are spot-on, but fortunately more and more people like yourself and all of us here are waking up to the obvious biased, anti-white realities of prof. sports. Social engineering, pure and simple. And the black quarterback college FB thing is driving me nuts - the last time I could enjoy watching AL was when Jake Coker was leading them (or similarly Ohio State when they had Boeckman starting in '08)...

Vikings are still my #1 team, though.

I'll comment on La France's post at the end.

Listening to the post game blather on the Dallas game most analysts pointed the arrow of blame on everyone but Prescott. Only Shannon Sharpe came out strongly against him. Although in the press conference Jerry Jones was 'hinting" that Prescott was the main reason they lost.

But people like Colin Cowherd insist that an upgrade in WR's is the answer. Many want the HC fired. I have been consistent on my take with Prescott stretching back to last season where too many were anointing him a star. He was a mid round pick and he plays like one. The Cowboys receiving core is roughly adequate. They have a very good running back and a top OL. The defense is the best it has ever been during the Jason Garrett era. Imagine for one second if Tony Romo had THIS TEAM and you are probably looking at a Super Bowl contender and even winner. Romo's teams had horrible defenses and his OL was not nearly as good as this one. So what gives? The QB. At his very best it seems to me Prescott is a minor league version of Alex Smith. Those are his good days. The Cowboys face a dilemma. It seems they are going to stick with Prescott and make "other" changes. To me that would be a misdiagnose of their problems.

It is a bloody shame that the terrific play of Sean Lee and the blossoming S Jeff Heath will be wasted this season. Lee is a throwback LB the type you see less often these days. College recruiters take out their stop watches for players in shorts at these High School football camps to determine who gets recruited these days. That is why you see less "thinking men" defensive players who not only play the game the right way but elevate their team to another tier. Like someone posted above Lee and Kuechly are the cream of the crop when it comes to NFL LB play.

I guess the Alex Smith "death watch" has once again been put on hold as he has been on a tear of late. Most football players his age look creaky but he is as spry as a rookie. And of course Kelce reached the magical 1,o00 yard mark. And they have a white S in Sorensen a player the local media picks on despite leading the team in tackles and helping them win games.

With ghastly Seattle, the snake that wouldn't die , possibly still in the mix, for me it is easy to single out the teams I won't be rooting for come playoff time. Ironically the two teams I dislike the most, Atlanta and Seattle are vying for the final playoff spot. Seattle is more toxic but it isn't as if I want the Falcons to win once they get in either. Buffalo is another obvious toxic choice.

Then there are some grey areas. Things aren't as cut and dry as one would expect. Take the Steelers a team I haven't been able to stomach for years. Yet with the addition of edge player Watt, a difference maker, all of a sudden they aren't totally sickening. Add in big play TE Vance McDonald ( if he stays healthy) and his cohort Jesse James we aren't talking about the Raiders here. Even the Titans, a team I can't stand, have Decker who has put up some decent numbers the last couple of weeks. Even so I would prefer Baltimore with Woodhead, Campanaro and Weddle. Still it is like splitting hairs. What if Decker starts playing an even bigger role? Not pulling for the Saints either way. Most all of their white players have disappeared due to injury this year including underused field stretching TE Fleener. I don't like the Jags a whole lot either.

Even the Pats aren't a complete slam dunk. They have zero white starters on D and Chris Hogan has been limited this year. One would hope Hogan gets back into the swing of things. Amendola is fine but he is more of a secondary option type player. The Chiefs? They have some positives amidst some negatives.

Three NFC teams sound the right notes. The Rams are elevated by rookie WR Kupp and without him I would be fairly disinterested. Athletic veteran Connor Barwin makes their D at least palatable along with a couple of back ups including DE Longacre.

Which leads me to the two teams that are the most "complete" in my mind. Both the Vikings and the Panthers feature white defenders who are not only their best players but the best at their position. Harrison Smith at S and Luke Kuechly at LB. And the Vikings now have the best white WR in Thielen and Carolina has CM so there is no need to elaborate on him. On the surface it seems the Vikings have a better shot at going to the Super Bowl and ding bat Newton is bound to screw up. But at least Newton is the rare black QB who is not allergic to white skill players (Olsen, CM and Bersin who made big catches the last game). I know some here can't overlook Newton but from a "tactical" caste stand point imagine CM starring in a Super Bowl. It would do wonders for young white RB's out there. A perfect tonic to help the confidence of budding young white RB's. So if we have a full throttle Pats team with Hogan finding his legs again against either the Vikings or the Panthers you would have best case scenario Super Bowl match up.

I don't think Carolina will make it but I just can't pass up on the thought of CM playing in a Super Bowl so I am rooting for them the hardest. And right behind them by just an inch the Vikings. Then the Pats. The Vikings have two things over the Pats. The defense ( whiter) and a fresh new WR star in Thielen. Who ever wins this year it WON'T be easy.

I've never been able to root for Rivera's Panthers. Overall too black for my taste even as I root for McCaffrey, Olsen and Kuechly. Bersin and Jones have always been marginalized, especially Jones who looks better than 95% of the starting safeties in the league. They remind me of the Steelers, who always keep a few top Whites in place to make the team a contender. Five White starters on Carolina compared to 11 for Minnesota (which also has the only White receiver who's had a big year), it's not even close when it comes to which team I'll be rooting for in the NFC, with the Rams second.

Great to see the 49ers coming on strong to close the season. John Lynch has righted the ship and the trade for Garappolo will prove to be a big feather in his cap. The rise of the Vikings and Rams has made this season much more palatable, the Eagles with Wentz before he was hurt, and next season San Fran should be a contender with Garappolo, Trent Taylor and George Kittle all continuing to improve.

Read somewhere the 49ers have invested a lot of money in Lynch so they probably believe he's their franchise QB. Next year he could win 9 games?

Fair points Don. To me I can understand anyone who prefers the Vikings or even the Rams for that matter. Finding Kuechly a white mate on D has been a PROBLEM over the years. Prior to Luke they had a terrific LB Dan Morgan who starred with them from 2001-2007. Fast and athletic injuries curtailed what could have been a HOF career. Their Super Bowl year they traded for the incomparable DE Jared Allen but he was on his last legs at that point. It seemed that safety Jones was set to be a starter around that time but it never transpired despite the fact he looked good out there. This could/should have been like the Cowboys with the tag team of Lee and Heath. Look how good the Dallas D turned out this year. It was the best D they have had since Garrett took over no small thanks to those two players.

It was mentioned above but below is the play Kuechly runs down a Tampa Bay WR with Colin Jones high tailing it downfield as well.

If it comes to a Steelers Jags playoff matchup, the Steelers will be the whiter team, and even more so if Matakevich could be starter at linebacker like he was in the Bengals game after Shazier was injured, before he too got injured. Would love to see a Pats Ravens, and Vikings Rams conference championship showdown.

The Steelers worry me, no doubt. I do not want this team to win the SB, but they are among the favorites for sure. They can definitely go to NE, with added motivation, and win. NE's offense has been reduced to a two-man wrecking crew of Brady-Gronk, and as long as both are healthy I like their chances. Hopefully Rex and Hogan will be healthy in time for the playoffs. More than anything, it's that affletic shaky defense that's a concern, they are utterly useless and give up a lot of big plays.

On the NFC side, as long as ATL does their job and win to keep Pete's Africans out, we are good. None of the 6 teams are of the loathsome variety, and two of them (MIN and Rams) would indeed be the ideal conference championship.

The other day, my youngest son called them the “Seattle Seamonkeys”. ;-)

Vikings SS Harrison Smith was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week for Week 16. Smith is having a monster season, yet was somehow not voted to the Pro Bowl. Last Saturday night against the Packers, Smith allowed just two catches for two total yards in his coverage and picked off Brett Hundley twice. Over the last four games, Smith has allowed just five catches for 13 yards. He also plays elite run defense. Smith is far-and-away Pro Football Focus' No. 1 safety.

Is this some kind of rent-a-player deal where Harrison will be released at the end of this playing year?
