lol! The weekly NFL thread gets started later and later every week this year. A few weeks ago one wasn't even started until the first game was almost over!

No dreaded Thursday nite game this week, thankfully. We do have a couple of Saturday games which might be worth watching. The Colts vs. the Ravens is good simply to watch Danny Woodhead in action. And although he seems to be a decent fellow, I can root against Colts QB Jacoby "BBQ" Brissett, simply because he's an overrated black quarterback.

The Packers - Vikings tilt is noteworthy in that the Vikings are now the CF team of choice. Strange times indeed.

Hoping that Rex heals up and is unleashed in the playoffs. Right now my teams are the Rams, NE, Vikings and Eagles (mainly due to Foles).

Packers put Rodgers back on IR so it looks like it's back to Black Brett again.. I would love to see Vikes kick GBs ass this weekend as long as that bums running the offense.

Hopefully the Vikings beat down the unwatchable Packers. McCarthy and the GM should be made to suffer with their awful black quarterback when they could have rostered Joe Callahan or Taysom Hill. Either would have been better options and are young guys worth grooming.

According to CBS Sports the odds right now of either the Patriots, Vikings or Rams winning the Super Bowl is 50%. When you add the Eagles in, its 64%. The odds of the Patriots winning it all is 31%.

I'm hoping the Vikings blow out the Packers.

The Vikings have a tough defense. I think Hundley will have a tough time. Look for a Harrison Smith interception.

I tuned in to NBC to see if the game had started yet and they were doing some puff piece on Deshawn Watson. Why him? He's not on the Packers or Vikings.

Clearly they have an agenda to promote this guy because he's black.

Watching the Vikings vs GB game. Hopefully, the Vikes lay waste to the Pack.

Clearing my ears...Al Michaels said "Harrison Smith not going to Pro Bowl was the Most Grievous Mistake" & Collinsworth agreed...."he should be in Pro Bowl"

They also said he couldn't play in Pro Bowl anyway if he's playing in the Super Bowl

Monumental moment for NBC

If I was a pro-bowler, I would never play in it. Waste of time and odds of being injured in BS game is great. F that.

Dick Enberg was always a stand up broadcaster. Always called it, like he saw it. Never any castespeak that I can recall. RIP Mr. Enberg.

Keenum with a TD pass. I think the Vikings have their quarterback of the future. I hope they're smart enough to realize it.

Clearly, Jordy is not meshing with the black quarterback.

As TwentyTwo states, clearly a candidate for Defensive Player of the Year, yet, not an NFL Pro Bowl safety. Another example of the caste system in a nutshell.

Smith is still one of the top safeties but this hasn't been his best season. His tackle numbers in particular are down from their usual lofty totals. They may be using him differently, keeping him deeper in the backfield thus further from ball carriers from what I've noticed, but it's a stretch to call him the Defensive Player of the Year for 2017. Crissie must have taken too many meds and briefly thought Harrison was a brother.
