With only a few hours until kickoff, I thought I would get this thread started for this week. I'm sure that all you CF folks are waiting for this game with baited breath, Seahawks vs. Cardinals. Looks to be fun TNB affair with plenty of kneeling and black-power fists raised. I guess the consensus here is to root for the Cardinals, but it's only a matter of degrees.

Palmer is out for the year. They are going to start Drew Stanton and it would be nice to petes plantation suffer two losses in the span of 5 days!

Stanton seriously? I'm so sick of seeing these old White career backups getting playing time over young White quarterbacks who have the potential to become franchise qb's. I'm not saying Gabbert has the chance to become a franchise quarterback, and he's not even that young anymore, but it's not like he was ever given a fair shot. Every team he's ever gotten the chance to start for was complete garbage. He put up amazing numbers at the NFL combine. He's 6'5 240lbs, 4.6 forty, 33 inch vertical, and he scored a 42 on the Wonderlic. He's faster than some running backs. He's Cam Newton from a physical stand point and he's just as athletic. The only difference is that he has a working brain. In a fair league his floor would be Cam Newton's career. And who knows what his ceiling would be.

Several passes going true the hands of the receivers on Arizona. Have yet to hear the announcers make a comment on it. Stanton is not getting much help.

I’ve barely watched a snap this evening......
3 college games on, as well......

Snoozers......

I've seen 3 drops by Arizona affletes in the short time I've watched tonight.

Arizona with atrocious coverage. The dungbeetle blindly threw a ball that somehow magically landed in Baldwin’s hands because he out jumped Da honey badger. Never have I seen an afleet with so much luck in his career than Wilson, which is always being labeled as skill by dwfs. It sickens me.

Yeah I don't know how Wilson gets so lucky. It's crazy. Remember that insane game a couple of weeks where two black quarterbacks both threw for over 400 yards? Wilson had four completions of 48 yards or more in that game and that's something that hadn't been done since 1998. Maybe his new nickname should be Black Jesus? No offense intended.

Afflete drops another pass that would have been a TD.

Seattle will win but not without losing some players to injury. Wilson had a ridiculous lucky pass for a long gain that should never have happened.

Arizona Affletes minus Fitzgerald have butter for hands. Shame ,as Stanton was better than stats say. Arizona had a good shot to win this.

What a poorly played game. Dropped passes galore, a penalty flag seemingly every other play, and an injured afflete every third play. Apparently DWF Nation is going to be triggered to mourn all week for Richard Sherman's Achilles injury. Three and a half hours of anti-White commercials and non-entertaining football.

And the very good duo of Jim Nantz and Tony Romo gives way to the ubiquitous caste clowns Mike Tirico and good ol' Crissie for the rest of the Thursday night games. On the amusing side, has anyone else noticed how often, when Crissie draws on the monitor to diagnose a play for replay, he circles the players' butts? Very telling.

Uncle Crissy spent the whole night calling Fitzgerald and Chancellor alpha males. I think he was touching himself too.

The Sherman injury couldn't happen to a more deserving scumbag, that's for sure.

Pete's plantation has a very difficult schedule coming up. 9-7 and missing the playoffs is not out of the question. Even if they sneak in as a wildcard, this odious team is done being SB contenders, as their window of opportunity has officially passed. The future of the division appears to be the Rams.

The miracle was last week when Pete's Plantation didn't convert that last-second Hail Mary.

Weenieworld can hardly contain themselves:

Vikings QB Teddy Bridgewater is officially active for Sunday’s game versus Washington.

After a 15-month absence, Bridgewater will still only be the backup to Case Keenum this week, but has been splitting reps with Keenum in practice. Minnesota has reeled off four straight wins entering this week with Keenum under center and have taken things slow with ensuring that Bridgewater is fully ready to take the field, but Keenum is a longtime journeyman that lacks upside. Eventually Minnesota will have to win games in which their defense doesn’t hold their opponent to fewer than 20 points. Bridgewater is officially ready to make a true push for the starting quarterback job and is only a play away from hitting the field as soon as this week.

I've seen Bildgewater's magical upside; I'll take Keenum any day of the week...

These clowns are so dilusional.. Give me one instance where Bridgwater was the reason the Vikings won...

Has Bridgewater actually ever shown any promise in the NFL of actually delivering on all his presumed upside? Has he actually ever put up anything other than mediocre numbers, or been anything other than a game manager?

I am allowing myself to watch the Redskins game today because they are playing the Vikings. I have decided its alright to watch New England, the Vikings, the Rams, and Carolina.

His career average is like 1/4 TD pass per game...
