I always buy one or two of the magazines at my local Walgreens and scan through them. They are a good starting point but are not entirely accurate so maybe Funk will still get some solid playing time. I am going to start my research in early June and get the ball rolling at getting volunteers for the previews.

Strange one. Florida International has 3 white running backs vying for playing time this fall with scat back Shawn O'Gorman, Bruiser Jacob Kraut and the one I have heard of from high school is versatile Collin Olsen. They are all on scholarship and all of them did get carries last year. How many teams can boast 3 rb's all on scholarship let alone a few confrences?

If things work out well Iowa might just have the most enticing WR core going for 2017. You never know what the hell is going on in Hawkeye land because unlike most other schools they don't shove "athletic and 40 yard dash numbers" down our throats. We were led to believe speed is not part of their game but former walk on WR Riley McCarron, who started the year as a back up and only became a regular after an injury to a starter, proved during his pro day to be arguably the most electrifying athlete in the draft, oh no I just remembered he was NOT drafted.
The 2017 group looks promising. There are a couple of black guys but beyond Vandenberg nobody is a lock at this point. Matt Vandeberg will be returning from a broken foot, which should not affect his speed like a torn ACL would. Newcomer JC transfer Nick Easley has impressed during spring ball as a slot. He has a 39 plus inch vertical and it has been reported he runs a 4.46 40!! Sounds explosive to me.
Two freshman to keep an eye on are Max Cooper and Henry Marchese both who have been mentioned here at CF. Both are praised for their speed and athletic ability.

Nice job but super athlete and Illinois player of the year , Samson Evans, is going to play for Iowa in 2018 as a wr as well. Nice to see them going deep with the wr like the Dwight , kaspar and Hinkel days of old.

Some really good news here. I always look forward to this time of year in the past because college football magazines start coming out. But now with the internet it pretty makes the wait moot. Usually Athlon is the first out but Street and Smith came out yesterday so I went to Barnes and Noble and read away S and S has Colorado State safety, Jake Shlager starting at one corner spot. I knew the name but his bio said he started at fs for 12 games last year. I stopped watching CSU a while ago as they got much darker at the skill positions.
In really great news a redshirt freshman corner from Australai, yes AUSTRALIA, is listed as the starter at Hawaii. Weird. His name is Ben Scuton and I guess he played some Australian Rules football in high school. I know nothing else but it is werid for a country that really does not participate in American football to have one of their own starting in a caste spot that no white American kid could get. Strange.
The only downside is S and S has jake funk of Maryland as a backup where every other site I can find has him as the starter coming out of spring.

CSU DB Jake Schlager ,not sure if S and S made a mistake but he really is listed as their starting corner has a younger brother Zach who is rated as Nebraskas best high school lb has committed to CSU.

Meh SEC defenses are a pretty big myth - Alabama has a good defense but outside of that the notion of superior SEC defenses does not hold water. I'm sure that cuck fagg@t Herman is heart broken he didn't get a beloved black quarterback at Texas to replace the super talented true sophomore qb Shane Beuchele.

True, Bama is the only reason the SEC is considered elite. Rest of conference has been piggybacking off their success for years now. Prime example was watching Mississippi St. Struggle against Miami.. of Ohio! In last year's bowl game.

Beuchele should transfer somewhere with a pro system. Safe to say we all have a sick feeling that Herman is going to ruin him.

Btw doesn't matter what conference the former 4 star black quarterback recruit from Chicago plays in. He's been overrated from the get go.

Three unnamed Michigan State players have been charged with sexual assault.

Per a statement from the Ingham County prosecutor Monday, the charges have to do with an alleged attack that occurred in January. "I have decided to authorize sexual assault charges against the three persons whose warrants were requested by the MSU Police," prosecutor Carol Siemon said. "We are alleging that on the night of January 16, those three persons sexually assaulted a woman in an East Lansing apartment on campus." Typically, he prosecutor's office doesn't release the names of those charged with crimes until they've been arraigned. The three players are scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday. Former staffer Curtis Blackwell was fired after an investigation found that he violated the university's relationship violence and sexual misconduct policy. Simon did say that HC Mark Dantonio's handling of the sexual assaults was "above reproach."

Surprise they are all affletes!! Dantonio and MSU are really falling on some bad times. He used to be a reasonably white friendly coach but with his ever darkening recruiting classes we have seen an uptick in scandal and crime around the Spartan program. He is to blame for it.

He was briefly mentioned a few years ago but Air Force is very I mean very thin at corner. I wonder if junior ( coming from JV ) , Cain Watlington gets a shot to get some time this year. The only thing I know about the kid is that he is white and listed as a corner. The problem with the service academies is they never seem to list their full rosters online until the end of summer as most of us know they can't list their freshmen coming in until they get commissioned.

Any lurkers who want to know the truth about anti-white racism in football should read the two articles Leonardfan provided links for. They describe the situation very well.

They discuss how white running backs are discriminated against. The way white running backs are discriminated against is the same way whites are discriminated against at other positions.

The articles are old but still describe accurately the situation today. Not much has changed. The articles are well worth reading.

He is listed as the starter on ourlads.com and every magazine I can find but how much water can you have left in the well with two straight missed seasons due to torn acl's ? A few years ago someone brought up a very talented rb named Sutton Smith. He was signed by Northern Illinois. All I heard was that he was moved to defense and I was pissed because his high school running highlights were really impressive.
A few years maybe passed and I could not even find him on their roster.
Well lo and behold. Sutton Smith is starting for NIU. As a defensive end???????????? Are you kidding me. He is smaller than most strong safeties. He is listed at 6'0" and 219 lbs. I have never in my life seen a d1 defensive end that small let alone most high school ends. I will have to look into this one. Maybe NIU is just trying to get faster? Maybe they should try recruiting more speedy talent from Texas and Florida? Hell a 4.48 yard dash by an afrolete is twice as a fast as a kid with good grades, can actually tackle, and not get arrested with 4.48 speed from Northern Wisconsin.

FAU redshirt senior WR Kalib Woods was arrested on two counts of felony battery and has been suspended.

Woods will remain suspended until the process runs its course. The charges reportedly stem from an altercation over a female at a bar in January. The student-athlete previously stated he was not on site at the time of the fight. Woods is a team captain and led the team in receiving with 934 yards last year. As you all know, 2017 will be Lane Kiffin's first as head coach at FAU.
