Predictable case of the white coach who builds his success off of white majority teams and as he moves up the coaching ladder he ignores what got him there in the first place. This guy Leipold is a real caste POS.

When UB first went to the D1 level they were very white at even "Black" positions, then Turner Gill was hired and he tried to recruit out of state and the roster started resembling the typical B grade run of the mill college program. But UB just needs to keep local guys and they can compete in the MAC.

Most of the local guys would be White for the most part. At one time the Western New York area more than punched above their weight in terms of players in the NFL.
