Since ’05, Boston College has started 10, 12, 13, 12, 13, 12, 11, 14 11 13, 13 and 13 Whites.

They are projected to start 10 in 2017 - tied with the lowest number since we have been tracking them.

Addazio continues his black quarterback fetish as the Boston College QB battle only revoles around the two black QBs on the roster. BC's offensive output under Addazio has been pretty bad and if it continues this season he may be on his way out of BC which would not be a bad thing.

BC has a couple of next level defensive players in DE Zach Allen and MLB Connor Strachan. They are two of the best defensive players in the ACC. Strachan is a senior and will hopefully benefit from some Luke Keuchly comparisons.

It is always annoying that there are a handful of schools that consistently feature majority or near majority white starting lineups but also almost always feature a black quarterback carousel. Air Force, Utah State, BC, and Army come to mind.
