Since 2010, Boise State has started 11, 15, 14, 11, 11, 11, and 10 whites. They look to start 9 this year, although there are a number of ambiguous guys who I did not count. Starters WR Sean Modster and LB Gabe Ortiz look like white-mestizo mixes, as does number 2 RB Ryan Wolpin who should be getting plenty of carries this year. QB Brett Rypien is a stud and should be fun to watch. There are also an abundance of Polynesians among the defense. The last two recruiting classes for this team have been pretty dark so it remains to be seen what the future composition of their team will be.

Offense -
QB - Brett Rypien
TE - Jake Roh
LT - Ezra Cleveland
LG - Garrett Larson
C - Mason Hampton
RG - John Molchon

Defense -
DE - Durant Miles
DE - Sam Whitney
LB - Leighton Vander Esch

Back ups include TE Alec Dhaenens, LG Andrew Tercek, RG Eric Quevedo, DE Chase Hatada, LB Blake Whitlock, and LB Benton Wickersham. The worst depth I can remember for a BSU team in a long time. This roster is littered with Polys and Mestizos.

I've noticed that across the board for MWC schools. It seems to have started around 5 or so years ago right around the time realignment was all the rage. Seems to me they wanted to "impress" other conferences around the area (Big XII and PAC 12 for the bigger schools and Conf USA for the smaller schools) should there be another poaching of schools so they aren't left out to dry and to try and capture some of the TV revenue which was skyrocketed. Each university basically started getting into an "every man for himself" mentality the exact opposite from how the conference was formed in 99 with the WAC breakaway, with the main focus being black recruiting.

Rypien is out tonight - they are going with their Kansas transfer black quarterback. Harstin is leading this team in the wrong direction.

Just tuned in to see Cozart run untouched up the middle for a TD, announcer already calls him "a dynamic they haven't seen around here." Safe to say that will be the only thirty seconds I'll be wasting watching this.

I guess he forgot Jared Zarbansky. Cozart couldn't freaking hack it at lowly Kansas.
