Great post. The recruiting services play a huge role in this as they are the first and biggest hurdle/filter set up to eliminate white athletes as they control the high school to college football step in the caste system.

Just from looking at the list of white WRs I posted you can see most of them do not go to big time programs (9 of them are from smaller conferences - mac, mwc etc.). Twenty-Two put it perfect, "WR's will have to weave their way thru the maze of oppression & white privilage...walk-on(see Jordy & a plethora of others)....send tapes(see Hansen & others)...disguise themselves as back-up kickers(see Hastings).....force their way into the front of the Summer Camp line(McCaffrey at RB)...stay away from baseball, soccer or other sports...etc".

Look at Chad Hansen's path from gaining a scholarship at Idaho St. because another commit decided not to go to Idaho St. and than had to take it upon himself to send out his tape and land a spot at Cal. The announcers play dumb and say they can't understand why he was not recruited and that line is repeated over and over anytime their is a white WR making plays during a broadcast. They are so racially neutered/conditioned to not bring up the truth. That is why I root for hell for all of our guys who go out there and play well in the face of true systemic discrimination and defeat all of the odds.
Leo fan and 22 do such a great job on college football.. Perhaps and I think Leonard is a bit more positive than me we can continue to make progress at WR through the back alley way and mid major avenue. I do not think anyone here likes these trends but if they make it to the pros with an unorthodox path ie: Cooper Kupp then OK I will accept our fate. But Jeeze wouldn't it be friggen nice for say a stud athletic fast white wide out to be recognized by the high school scout services and then get recruited by lets say Tennessee, make a name for himself on a national level and then get drafted in the first round. Is that asking for too much? Anyone remember Vols wide receiver Richmond Flowers from the 60's? Good God talk about athletic. Beyond the pale!!! His son played for NC or Duke I believe.

Eh I don't really think i am positive just trying to be realistic. Our guys have so many hurdles they have to cross in order just to be able to play WR. I can't really see anything different in terms of trends since I have really begun tracking white players. All of the stories are the same - walk on, did not play at one of the big college programs etc. I honestly don't think things well get better or worse but the status quo on the treatment of white WRs will continue. Unfortunately Hansen's break out year this year, Nelson Spruce's stellar career, Jeff Samardija's dominant career and Mike Hass have had no effect on how white WRs or other white skill position players are viewed or recruited.

D2 star Matt Heller is an explosive outside WR averaging 19 yards per reception in his career!

NFL scouts comparing Jake Butt to future Hall Of Famer Jason Witten!

Indiana St star receiver Robert Tonyan Jr. Is another intriguing prospect to watch. At 6'5 230 there's no missing his presence on the field. He'll probably be moved to racially appropriate HBack in NFL but if he makes it screw it, I'll take it.

Thanks Shadowlight...just making observations..don't want to overload board...Richmond Flowers of the 60's was before my time...but do remember his son....

My first memory of anti white WR talk was the shady recruitment of small town Kentucky HS legend Craig Faulkner (early 90's) ...they were very impressed watching grainy video's of his talent..BUT when they went to see him play in person..they said "Wait a minute...Faulkner is white"?? Teams backed off...but somehow he managed to find his way to Tennessee & had a nice career...was going to attempt the NFL/Cowboys but got in a bad dirt bike accident which ended any hopes of playing

Thanks for the head's up Celticdb15...you never know where from the next Jeff Janis (Saginaw Valley) or Chris Hogan (Monmouth) will be heading to the NFL!

ESPN had a nice story on Jake Butt today

The top 3 wrs in the FCS are all white:

1. Troy Pelletier Lehigh - 53 rec 770 yds 6 TDs

2. Cooper Kupp EWU - A caste football favorite is number 2 in the country currently with 46 receptions, 712 yds and 7 td (in only 5 games)

3. Gatlin Casey Lehigh -32 receptions, 635 yards, 8 tds - pretty cool that Lehigh boasts two of the top 3 WRs in all of FCS and they are both white! Casey also excels as a return man.

22 posted a pic of him on this thread back a bit. . Justin Watson out of Penn had a big game vs. Yale last night. 10-166 3Td's I think? He has the "proper" size at 6'3 200 lbs and is running in the 4.47 territory. Someone to keep an eye on for 2018--who knows?

He should be no less than a third round prospect, he is lighting quick, shifty but also powerful. His size should not be an issue either considering black WRs like Desean Jackson, Jamison Crowder, Eddie Royal and Tavon Austin all dot the NFL landscape at WR. Taylor is more thickly built than any of these players and also more powerful. Over the course of his college career he has been more productive than all of the receivers I mentioned above. Hopefully Beasley's strong season this year, Edelman and Welker making the NFL look stupid for several seasons will work in Taylor's favor.

Former highly touted PSU Tight End Adam Breneman has had a strange career. He had a nice freshman season in 2013 at PSU but was than hampered by injuries. He completed his degree in 2015 and is now a graduate transfer at UMASS to play with good friends QB Andrew Ford from high school and Austin Whipple. He is having a nice under the radar year and is one of the better TEs in the country. He currently has 44 rec 484 yds and 5 tds.

This is what I am hearing about Taylor regarding the NFL draft. Scouts are giving him the drive by treatment as they salivate over his junior teammate Carlos Henderson(also small) who is coming off two huge games where he has caught a ton of long ball TD's. We know the rules NO LONG BALLS TO WHITE GUYS. Little tiny pitter pat patterns only. I wonder since Taylor has been doubled and tripled teamed if Henderson's success is a result of Taylor more than anything else but here are a couple of things to consider regarding Taylor. First he may or may not get invited to the combine but it would help if he is invited of course.. Second he needs to run a 4.4 something or at worst a 4.52 40 otherwise I think the NFL will follow their internal rules and tell him to take a hike.

I shot a tweet to caste ****** Eric galko after he wrote a blurb about Carlos Henderson in which he referred to Trent Taylor as an NFL long shot. I let him know Taylor is a draftable prospect and the only reason he is not being labeled as one is because he is white.

Good article on Utah St. TE Wyatt Houston(6'4 255) He's the second most productive TE in school history behind Chris Cooley!

http://www.sltrib.com/home/4559925-155/utah-state-football-aggies-have-no

Another good article on OK ST TE Blake Jarwin(6'5 248). Both TE prospects I posted about were lightly recruited in HS but have developed over last 4 years into viable draft prospects. With media only focusing on black TEs I've made it a point to identify our guys.

Add Big Canadian Antony Auclair as another small school TE prospect generating interest. 6'5 250 laser timed 4.84 40. Pretty athletic big man
