Since 2006, Southern Cal has started 8, 6, 7, 5, 6, 6, 3, 5, 4 and 6 white players. In 2016 they are projected to start 5.

The highlight of this team is playmaking LB Cameron Smith who had a great year as a freshman. If Sam Darnold wins the job I think he might be the next big time USC QB. This is the typical USC team composition.

Back ups include TE Cary Angeline, TE Tyler Petite, OG Chris Brown.

Offense
QB - Max Browne or Sam Darnold
TE - Taylor McNamara
LT - Chad Wheeler

Defense -
DE/OLB - Porter Gustin
LB - Cameron Smith

USC is in meltdown mode now. They're 1-2 and that's not the worst of it. One of their top recruits just transferred because of an altracation with the head coach . The rumor is he punched the coach in the face. Whether or not a punch was thrown doesn't really matter, it's still pretty bad. It should come as no surprise to the members of this site that the player in question is black.

This is a player who probably has no business being on any college campus , let alone a highly ranked academic institution like USC. Just imagine if schools like USC only allowed players on to their team that could also gain acceptance to the university based on academics alone . The DWFs would probably laugh like heyeenas at the thought. They believe it's impossible for someone to be both good at academics and football. In reality there's absolutely no connection. You can be smart and athletic. But all the athletes they see are of course black, and intelligence and blackness rarely go hand and hand. They don't realize that there are thousands of talented white football players right now who could play D1 football while also qualifying academically for those same schools . You don't think guys like Andrew luck, Eric decker, JJ Watt, Luke Kuechkly, etc could have gotten into college on grades alone ?

Stanford proves that it's possible to be both good at academics and at football. Heck, they just beat USC pretty convincingly. The head coach of USC recently said that he wants his program to be like Stanford and then listed off what he meant by that. It sounded like something most black recruits wouldn't take to heart. Maybe that's why the thug recruit sucker punched him in the face. I'm sure Miami or FSU will take him with open arms.
