With the media only focused on the performance of black quarterbacks figured a thread should be made for our guys who had superb games.

Philip Nelson QB ECU had the quietest 5 TD game I can recall. He is the much travelled QB that started off at Minnesota transferred to Rutgers where he was involved in a fight that got him kicked off the team and now ends up at ECU in his final season. A draft sleeper but he will be criticized for the fight that was initiated by the "victim" in 2014.

WKU QB Mike White threw for 517 Yds, 3 tds as he replaced the record setting Brandon Doughty. Only a junior he will have this year and next to elevate his stock. A good performance vs. Alabama tomorrow should get him recognized more nationally.

Sophomore QB Drew Barker turned in a nice performance in a losing effort vs. Southern Miss. It's a shame another Stoops is coaching Kentucky. Barker was 15-24 323 yds with 4 tds and 1 int in a loss mostly due to Stoops inability to field a quality defense.

LFan,
You referenced the quiet success of ECU's QB.. I think that characterization could also apply to Richmond's Kyle Lauletta. Big upset for Richmond over UVa in week 1, followed up by a shut-out beating in week 2 over Norfolk St. Lauletta has thrown for over 550 yards & 5 TDs in the first 2 weeks, and has the Richmond Spiders ranked #2 in the FCS. I know Richmond's a small program, but this kid is starting 2016 hot, and might be the best college QB in the Commonwealth of VA (?)

In contrast, BSPN NFL Draft Propagandist, Mel Kiper Jr., listed Deshaun Watson and Brad Kaaya as his top two QBs for the 2017 Draft:

Deshaun Watson CLEM 27-53, 292 YDS, 3 TD, 2 INT

Brad Kaaya MIAMI 17-31, 191 YDS, 2 INT

Lol. These are bad numbers.

Every year the media hypes up some undeserving black quarterbacks.

Worth noting also that Watson played against Troy and Kaaya against Florida Atlantic - wouldn't call either of those teams too good at all.

Another guy the black-loving media love, Notre Dame's Deshone Kizer, could only manage 156 yards with 2 TDs and an INT against the mediocre Nevada.

And yet apparently these upside-filled black quarterbacks are supposed to be the future of the NFL?

Senior QB Cooper Rush lead Central Michigan to an unprobably and controversial win against Oklahoma St. It was a great overall caste victory and Rush played a very good game utilizing white receivers throughout the game. He was 30-42 361 yds with 4 tds and 1 int.

Jake Browning the true sophomore QB for Washington has been silently efficient in picking apart defenses so far this year. He is the best QB from a physical standpoint that Petersen has worked with. I am dubbing him the "Silent Assassin" as he is getting no national attention yet has been deadly accurate thus far. He was 23-28 294 yds and 5 tds vs Idaho this past weekend.

Davis Webb continues his early season aerial assault by quickly mastering the "Bear-Raid" offense that Sonny Dykes has in place at Cal. Last night vs. Texas he was 27/40 396 yards with 4 passing TDs and 1 rushing TD.

Davis Webb continues to torch college defenses through the air. He went for 22/35 306 yds 4 tds with 1 int in Cal's victory vs good Utah defense. He has never started every game of a season during his college career yet he has an outside shot of throwing for 10k yards if he stays healthy this season. Having the elite Chad Hansen to throw jump balls to certainly helps as well. I mentioned in the Week 5 college football thread he should be on the periphery of the Heisman conversation right now.

Southern Miss QB Nick Mullens was 25-36 591 yds with 4 TDs and 1 INT vs Rice yesterday. A performance that will not be mentioned by BSPN or any other sports media.

Sports center has their top 4 Heisman list, all 4 are black QBs...
-Jackson
-Watson
-Barrett
- Ward

This what our guy's are up against. The system is stacked against all white players even QBs.. Still white QBs continue to dominate in NFL.

No mention of Kelly,Falk, or Davis just AAQBs and propaganda. I know these Heisman lists change weekly but c'mon man!

I did not even see Davis Webb on the list of BSPN players for the Heisman this week. They did however have a black RB from San Diego St on the watch list. The BSPN machine has way to much influence in dictating college football coverage. It really is the main cog that runs the caste system for the DWFs.

Luke Falk has mastered Mike Leach's offense. He picked apart a very good Stanford defense. His accuracy, ball placement and touch on passes was a joy to watch which made Stanford's loss not sting as much. He ended up 30/41 357 yds 4tds and 2 ints.

USC RS Freshman QB Sam Darnold has really taken control of the position in Southern Cal. He looks like the next great Trojan QB in the mold of Carson Palmer and Matt Leinart. He was 25/37 358 yds 3 tds 1int.

Western Michigan QB Zach Terrell has lead his team into the top 25. They are currently ranked 24th in the country. They have a favorable schedule with their most difficult game being against Toledo to close out the season. They could be a sleeper non-power 5 team now that the blackfest that is Houston was upset to the disbelief of the jock sniffing sports media. Terrell's numbers so far are 101/143 1390 yds, 15 tds, 0 ints and 35 rushes for 108 yds and 3 tds. As a senior his consistent career and strong final season should garner attention at the next level.

those new style no knee protection football pants are not a good thing when you actually land on your knee or take a shot to the cap....

Good point major contributor to all the knee injuries these days, it's rare to see a guy wearing knee pads. I get bulky knee pads probably aren't ideal but you've gotta have something offering at least some protection for the knee.

La Tech QB Ryan Higgins has come out of nowhere this season and is currently second in the country in terms of passing yards even though he was suspended for La Tech's week 1 game. Against UMASS he was 26/33 484 yds 5 tds and 1 Int. As the season progresses the draft buzz around him should grow as long as he plays at his current elite level.

Mississippi State's Nick Fitzgerald displayed some wonderful athleticism in their OT-loss to BYU last Friday.
