Preview 2016: Top 10 Purdue Football Players - http://collegefootballnews.com/2016/purdue-football-players

^The guy seems surprised that he's very good and able to improve...

Collin Bevins, DT, Northwest Missouri State

Coming off a huge Junior season, where he set Northwest records with 15.5 sacks and 26.5 tackles for loss. http://www.bearcatsports.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=4383

Conor Sheehy, DE, Wisconsin - Athletic and very good instincts.

Ryan Glasgow, DT, Michigan - Plays very well when healthy.

Nathan Bazata, DT, Iowa - Played solid as a first-year starter last season. He's strong, and should be able to improve his technique.

Hunter Dimick, DE, Utah - Is referred to as 'undersized' but is actually quite rangy.

Joey Ivie, DT, Florida - Powerful player that has been held back by nagging injuries.

Kyle Kelley, DE, San Diego State - Playing style similar to Aaron Schobel.

Andrew Trumbetti, DE, Notre Dame - Seen him a few times, but haven't scouted him yet.

Will Dissly, DE, Washington - He could make some noise this season.

Truman Gutapfel, DT, Boston College - Built well. Needs to be more consistent.

Zach Vaughan, DE, Houston - A beast against the run.

Sam Hubbard and Nick Bosa worthy of mentions too, are listed at #1 and #2 on the depth chart for one of the OSU DE spots.

Trey Hendrickson out of FAU was 2nd in the nation with 13.5 sacks last season - looking forward to seeing how his senior season pans out. Could jump up draftboards as well.

Nice list! LSU D-Lineman Christian LaCouture (6'-5" 307) should carve out a nice NFL career as a solid D-Lineman...(unless ole' Petey from Seadderall drafts him & converts him to the O-Line)... i had the privilege of meeting him...only being a being a 3-star recruit out of HS put a "chip on his shoulders"; passing up all the hyped 4 & 5 stars that are now buried behind him on the depth chart....generally being melanin deficient "knocks a star off your rating"....

Get to know 6'4 270 pound Northern Iowa sack guru Karter Schult, another recruit that didn't generate any interest out of HS but is dominating competition. He had 15 sacks last year and already has 6 1/2 through 3 games this season!

Here's another small school sack specialist that SHOULD be playing D1 football instead local anti white institutions like Kansas and Missouri choose to neglect regional talent but only if they're white. Collin Blevins has been mentioned before and he's a beast to keep an eye on.

Pat O'Connor slipped my mind after missing the 2015 season with an injury. He was on many preseason watch lists last year. He is back and healthy this season and has been pretty productive so far through three games with 11 total tackles, 4tfls, 3 sacks through three games. Found a great pic of this celtic warrior when they played Missouri. I am surprised the uber sensitive black PC segment of Missouri did not think that his Shamrock tattoo was a microaggresion on their campus:

Washington DT Greg Gaines has had a nice start to the his season playing in the relative obscurity of the Pacific Northwest. Through six games he has 17 tackles, 7 tfl and 3.5 sacks. Ultra reliable caste stooge Tony Pauline has stated he is a better pass rusher at the DT position than Danny Shelton.

Some updates on DEs:

Chase Winovich, of Michigan, is tenacious!

Porter Gustin, of USC, doesn't have a lot of sacks but is BALLING out west.

Cameron Saffle, of Cal, is having a good season. Only a sophomore.

Sam McCaskill, of Boise State, is having a breakout Senior season.

Parker Hesse, of Iowa, has been doing some damage in recent weeks.

Under the radar TCU DE Mat Boesen had a big game vs. Texas Tech. He tallied 10 tackles, 2 sacks and a FF. He is TCU's leader in sacks in spite of not being a full time starting DE.
