Since 2005, the Buffs have started 10, 11, 9, 9, 12, 12, 14, 15, 13, 7, and 8 whites. Expect another year of 7-8 starters under caste clown Mike McIntyre.

This team has consistently ranked in the bottom quarter of offensive production under Samoan QB Sefo Liufau and would expect that to continue this year.

Only key position player on the reserves that could see signification playing time is WR Jay MacIntyre

Offense
Sean Irwin - TE
Aaron Haigler - RT
Alex Kelley - C
Gerrad Kough - LG
Jeromy Irwin - LT

Defense
Jase Frankee - DT
Addison Gillam - LB (In a battle for position; injured last half of year)
Ryan Moeller - S

In other news, former head coach and rape enabler Bill McCartney has been diagnosed with dementia/alzheimers. $10 says he clings on to his affletes memories and lets his families memories fall by the wayside

Starting wideout Juwann Winfree tore his ACL. That should lead to Jay MacIntyre possibly starting, but at the very least, opened things up for him to get more PT.

Pre-season article... co O-coordinator (ex WR himself)
“He understands the offense and understands what his role is in the offense,” said co-offensive coordinator Darrin Chiaverini. “I think in this type of offense there is a role for the type of player Jay is. He’s smart. He understands how to get open. You see those type of guys in the NFL, the Julian Edelman and the Wes Welker-types. Guys who are smart and just understand football.
