Free Shoes loses on last second FG!

What a game! That finish was epic. Switzer with 14 catches for 158 yards. Proehl 4 catches for 63 including a clutch 44 yard 3-down conversion. Walk-on RB Thomas Jackson with a 34 yard TD reception where he tiptoed along the sideline to give UNC the go ahead TD with 2:31 left before the afflete-ladden UNC defense let Free Shoes stroll down the field and take the lead after that. And then the 54 yard, career-long FG by the (of course) white kicker to win it with no time left! To snap the 22 game home winning streak of Free Shoes, which was the longest in the nation!

In a storyline reminiscent of so many games involving teams that are majority black but have a significant number of good white players, UNC's white players were able to salvage what should have been a surprisingly easy victory that their affletic teammates tried to give away on numerous occasions. On the very play when I tuned in right before halftime, UNC had 1st and goal at the 2, up 21-7. They could have gone up 28-7 on Free Shoes at the half, which would have set a very ominous mood for the DWF Free Shoes crowd. But sure enough, the affletic UNC RB coughed up the ball in the backfield after he was barely touched and handed the ball back to the Seminoles. Then in the second half, UNC had the ball in the red zone and Trubisky passed it to a wide open afflete at the 3 who could have waltzed right into the end zone for what would have been I think a 2 touchdown lead. But alas, the ball slid off the afflete's hands as if he had just eaten a bucket full of buttered popcorn. Then on the very last drive, two UNC defenders had the FSU black quarterback dead to rights in the backfield. Had the affletic UNC defender just grabbed the black quarterback and brought him down it would have made it 3rd and goal from the 10 with under 30 seconds to play, FSU down 34-28 and they would have had to burn their last timeout. But alas, the black quarterback simply bent at the waist, the Tar Baby lunged at his head and just couldn't wrap him up, and the black quarterback ran it in for the go-ahead TD. But this just set up the last second heroics by the UNC offense. What a game.

Switzer has future pro slot receiver star written all over him. He would fit in perfectly in Bellichick's offense.

Of course he would fit in perfectly on any NFL team, but New England may be the only team that will give him a chance.

Not watching but it looks like the black quarterback love fest bowl is a **** game with both black quarterbacks playing like garbage on a national stage.

UMass receiver Andy Isabella had 6 receptions for 94 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also added an additional 2 carries for 36 yards.

Nice to see Cal stop Utah. Also, looks like Texas is going to get a "full review" after their choke-job against Oklahoma State, although they now are saying there will be no mid-season changes made to Strong's status as head coach. He should be glad he's not White, otherwise there'd be no promise of job security like that.

Also, Notre Dame gave up 33 points today to Syracuse. So far, the change of DC hasn't had that much of an effect on the points given up.

Another White QB to watch out for is Virginia Junior QB, Kurt Benker, who over the past two games (against Central Michigan and Duke) went a combined:
50/84 for 757YDS and 8TD with only 2INT

A much more watchable game on now is Michigan at Indiana.

I am going between 3 games lol. USC - ASU, Boise St - Utah St. and Oregon - Wash St.

I watched alot of the Ole Miss game to just watch Chad Kelly. He really is the closest thing to Favre since Favre. His arm strength is amazing, great zip and he makes "NFL style throws" to quote all of the draft experts. His ability to fit the ball into tight windows is already at the NFL level as well. It amazes me how much the draft industry is trying to tear him down.

Hey you won't get an argument from me lol. They are the media darlings and just the next wave of black hype they want to push into the NFL as high round picks. Darnold looks like a good Quarterback though - excited to see him over the next few seasons.

Indiana beats Michigan State 24-21. At the beginning of the season they both started 11 Whites, but Indiana seemed a little whiter in this game.
